Breakfast the next day was awkward to say the least, everyone was pretty shocked at Zabdiel's outburst yesterday and Richard and Aleesha didn't seem to be on talking terms either. Ray had made them a nice farmhouse breakfast

"So what's today's plan?" Christopher asked
"I need to make a stop at the mall" Richard said wiping his hands "Ray could you come with?"
"Oh no, thanks i have had my fair share of insanity" Ray said sitting back
"I need help picking out what outfit would be stylish for Aaliyah and you're the only person i know with great fashion"Richard lied
"I am honestly hurt" Joel said holding his hand to his chest
"Shut up with your Android quality pictures" Ray shot "i mean when you say it like thaaaaat, i'll go get dressed"
"Swear to God if you pull a Zabdiel on her Richard i'll torture Aleesha" Erick said casually
"Leave my name out of it chicken legs" Aleesha said getting up and leaving the table

she made her way to Ray's room where her friend had slipped on something casual to go to the mall with Richard in.
"So you promise to give intel when you guys get back?" Aleesha asked
"of cause boo, who do you think i am?" Ray smirked
"And i'll call Aaliyah and let her know about yesterday" Aleesha said
"Make sure to put a bit of spice into the story. we need to make sure she gets home by tomorrow" Ray said

The girls fist bumped in agreement and separated ways. Ray went with Richard to the mall, talking the entire way about what colours would compliment her skin tone and what cuts and fashion was in at the moment. Ray was babbling so much she hadn't realised that Richard wasn't leading her towards a kids store let alone a clothing store

"This is not a kids store" Ray said looking at the jewellery shop
"Yeah, i may have twisted the truth a bit" Richard smiled leading Ray in
"You little bitch you're buying me diamond earrings" Ray smiled
"You have a whole ass man" Richard said looking at her weirdly "fuck no"
"Rude!"

a clerk immediately came to help them, Richard told her his business and she immediately went to grab a tray of rings to show them. She set them down and handed them glasses of champagne and Ray a glass of water before walking them through the options which Richard used Ray's hand for reference

"Your price range is pretty wide so practically everything is open for you" She said looking at Richard
"Honestly there is no price for my girl" Richard said with a sheepish smile
"Awww look at you being sweet and all" Ray said pinching Richards cheeks
"And i think this would compliment you very well" She said gesturing you Ray
"Oh, oh no honey i'm not the girl" Ray laughed showing her engagement ring "I've already got my forever"
"Girl, i got my forever too" Richard said nudging Ray
"Oh, i'm sorry you 2 seem so compatible" She smiled

Richard and Ray looked at each other before bursting out in laughter
"No, this mi hermano" Ray said pointing to Richard
"So this is going to be her engagement ring and then this will be the wedding ring" Richard said pointing at the jewelled rings
"Wedding ring?" Ray questioned earning a smile from Richard
"Zabdiel kinda opened my eyes yesterday and made me realise that Aleesha- Aleesha is the one" He said
"C'mon man you're making me cry in a store!" Ray said wiping under her eyes "hopefully she doesn't say no"
"don't put that in my head" Richard said pushing Ray

Aleesha sat on the couch, phone against her ear as she waited for Aaliyah to answer
"Jesus woman 6 missed calls! i was showering" Aaliyah said finally answering
"Jesus Christ finally! Zabdiel has gone insane" Aleesha said frantically
"What do you mean? what happened?" Aaliyah asked slowly
"Uh he- uh he hurt Ray! Aleesha said quickly
"Hurt Ray?" Aaliyah asked
"He found out about the lie and grabbed Ray and threw her into the wall then down the stairs she's in critical condition" Aleesha said levelling her voice
"Oh my god this is my fault! this is all my fault" Aaliyah said beginning to cry
"We need you to get home quickly" Aleesha said
"I can try but the only flight is coming in tomorrow" Aaliyah gasped
"Please Aaliyah she needs you here" Aleesha pleaded
"I'll make a plan"

with that Aaliyah hung up the phone. Aleesha smirked knowing her plan fully worked. The door opened to Ray and Richard walking through, Ray came and sat next to Aleesha while Richard went upstairs.

"So?" Ray asked
"She should be home tonight or tomorrow" Aleesha smirked
"what did you tell her?" Ray asked
"That Zabdiel threw you down the stairs" Aleesha said casually
"YOU WHAT?" Ray yelled quickly covering her mouth
"Do you understand how much anxiety she's under right now? you have to call her and tell her you were kidding" Ray scolded
"Can't she texted that she's booked her flight and will be here at 9Am so we have 13 hours to get the party in order" Aleesha said clapping her hands "let's get going"
"Her mom just sent in the email the doctor sent so we are good to go" Ray sighed "you are honestly unbelievable"
"what? you said add some spice" Aleesha shrugged
"bitch i means salt or pepper not Chinese Ghost Peppers!" Ray scolded
"fine fine i'm sorry" Aleesha said
"You better be, cause when Aaliyah comes here you're a dead woman"

"What were you and Richard at the mall for?" Aleesha asked
"Uh, shopping for earrings for Aaliyah, he's trying to get her ears pierced before Yocelyn comes back" Ray quickly lied
"At least someone will kill him before i get to" Aleesha shrugged not asking further

The girls made their way to Aleesha's car to go around Miami and get the arrangements in place.
