~Third Person POV~
Earlier
Sylvia just came out from Buck's to find Dal.
"He ain't here." Buck grumbled, "And why would a slut like you be looking for him? You guys aren't together anymore, thought you already found someone else on the first day."
Sylvia huffed and walked away angrily.
She was ranting in her mind when you and Dallas walked out of the Dingo together, laughing and talking like normal friends.
Sylvia's eyes widened and her jaw dropped. She let out low growl and clenched her fists.
She decided to follow the both of you.
She stalked from afar and watched your every move.
She even watched you guys starting to play tag.
The more she watched you with Dallas, the more her blood started to boil.
He dumped me for her?! She thought.
She scoffed and was about to kick the tree in front of her, but she remained calm.
Then something caught her eye. You were blushing and acting nervously.
She knew that every woman Dallas has flirted with acted like that, meaning that they had fallen in love with him and his spell.
A smirk started to grow across her face. She let out a small cackle.
"Poor little lamb." She slyly whispered.
She waited until Dallas had left before she could have a talk with you.

~Your POV~
"Hey, you!" I heard a woman shout out.
I looked behind me and saw a young woman, maybe around my age but she definitely didn't dress like she was.
I looked around to see if she was talking to anyone else.
She looked straight at me.
"Yeah, you." She said.
"Um, do I know you?" I nervously asked.
"No you don't." She responded, "I'm Sylvia, Dal's ex."
My eyes widened.
"Oh." I said.
"You're that girl from elementary school." She said seriously.
"Me?" I asked dumbfounded, then I realized, "Oh, uh-yeah I guess."
"You're friends with Dallas now, yes?"
"Yes..."
"I don't think you feel that way."
"What?"
She walked closer to me.
"I can see it all over your face." She said as she examined me, "You're in love with Dal."
"A-uh-what?! No I do-,"
"Stop lying."
A silence filled between the both us. I slightly nodded my head.
"I hate to break it to you." She said as a sinister smile grew on her face, "But he doesn't love you back."
I didn't say anything. I only looked at her with disbelief.
"But all those nice things he said to me." I quietly said, "He told me I was different from other women he's been with. He told me that I was special."
"Well, he's lying." She simply said.
"But no, that isn't true...right?"
"It is. Believe me, honey. I was with him. Dallas has been with more than a hundred women. He says the same thing to all of them, even me. Everyone has fallen for him, thinking that they would be with him forever. But he always leaves them shortly and moves onto the next."
There were a thousand things going on in my mind. I knew Dallas was a playboy type, but I wanted to believe that he wasn't and he thought I was actually special.
I guess...I was wrong.
I stood there, speechless.
She put her hand on my shoulder and went up to my ear.
"Face it." She whispered into my ear, "Dallas doesn't love you, and he never will."
Her words felt like knives cutting me.
"Now, run along." She whispered.
I did as she said. I ran home as I felt hot tears welling in my eyes.

~Third POV~

Sylvia watched with a smirk as you ran away, wiping your eyes.
But then her smile faded.
She noticed that Dallas was different with you than other women. Also, when Sylvia and Dallas were at the dingo back at Two's party, Dallas never answered that he liked you and acted a little weird.
He really did like you.
She realized she needed more drastic measures in order to keep you and Dallas away, and making you suffer as she does.
