Four years later, Ky’Mon was bothering Tiesha for another baby.
“Just one more,” he murmured against her neck, pressing a slow kiss there like the words would melt into her skin.
“One more what? Baby or sex?” she pushed him away gently, her tone half-curious, half-teasing.
She stood from the bed, the sheets slipping down her body in a lazy cascade, and Ky’Mon stood after her.
Before she could take another step, his arms looped around her naked form, pulling her flush against his warm chest.
“She grown, you know. Even your baby sis has two already,” he murmured, his large hands sliding upward until they cupped her breasts, massaging them with an easy, practiced rhythm.
Yeah, Kiesha had two kids now with Benjamin. She’d gotten pregnant in her last year of school, something that had pissed Lowe off bad.
Tiesha never fully bought Lowe’s “I don’t like that guy” excuse—her cousin just didn’t like other men being around them. Period.
Then about a year ago, Kiesha had another baby, followed it with a small wedding, and moved to Mexico with Benjamin and their two kids—Michael and Deborah.
“Nah, this is about you. You want another,” Tiesha said, her voice calm but knowing.
“Yeah, no cap.”
She turned to face him, and he didn’t miss a beat—his hands slid lower, grabbing a full handful of her ass.
“Damn, your ass is so soft.”
“And your dick is still hard.”
Ky’Mon looked down at himself and chuckled, smug. “KB always ready for you, Lil mama.”
Tiesha rolled her eyes and walked into the bathroom, steam from the running shower already clouding the glass. Of course, Ky’Mon followed.
The moment she stepped under the spray, he was on her again, his palms smoothing over wet skin, fingers tracing familiar curves.
“Chai, stooop,” she laughed, half-hearted in her protest.
He ignored her, mouth finding her neck, tongue and teeth teasing the spot he knew made her breath hitch. One hand slid between her thighs, finding her clit with infuriating precision.
“She’ll be back soon, stop.”
“How soon?” he asked, voice low.
“Ten minutes.”
“Fine,” he grumbled, reluctantly stepping back and walking out of the bathroom.
She let out a deep sigh, leaning into the warmth of the water, her eyes fluttering closed in quiet satisfaction.
These past few years had been filled with drama—messy situations, shifting friendships, and family tensions—but she’d come out the other side with her family intact and a clearer picture of who her real friends were.
She was lost in thought until a sharp, high-pitched voice cut through the sound of the shower.
“Mommy!”
Her eyes snapped open. She quickly turned off the shower, wrapping a towel around her body.
As soon as she stepped into the bedroom, her daughter hopped off the bed—where she’d been sprawled across Ky’Mon’s stomach like a cat—and ran straight into her mother’s arms.
Tiesha’s gaze flicked to Ky’Mon. He had put on a pair of shorts and was now fully absorbed in his phone, lounging like nothing in the world could bother him.
