I get him back in the house and to his bed. He looks so relieved to be back in his bed. I massage his leg and then go get him some water and pain pill.
"Thanks, Avah." He smiled.
I help him lay back down in the bed and I run to the bathroom and changed my clothes into something comfy. I walk back out and get in bed beside him.
Levi pulls me close. "Finally get you to myself." He said kissing my lips.
"Is that so?" I said against his lips.
"Uhuh, I've thought about kissing you all day." He said kissing me again.
"I think my mom really likes us dropping by she smiled a lot. I can tell she's already attached to Violet." I said.
"I think Violet loves all the attention she gives along with you and Remi." He said.
"I think you are right. What time do you think they will be coming back?" I ask.
"Knowing Remi she will take them to McDonald's or a park and let them play. That's what she usually does." He said.
"She's a superwoman with all those kids." I laugh.
"She's something else. She's helped me so much with Violet over the last four years I could never repay her." He said yawning.
"Are you ready for a nap?" I ask.
"As long as I can hold you and do it I'm ready." He chuckles.
"Silly I'm tired too but I was just asking I'm not leaving." I yawned.
He turned on his side and wrapped his arm around me and kisses me again pulling me in closer.
We woke up a couple of hours later to my phone ringing.

📱Hey, mom what's up?
📱Are you with Levi baby?
📱I am is something wrong, mom?
📱No, it's just that Violet is still here and want to stay the night will you ask Levi if that's ok?
📱Um sure hang on.
"Levi apparently Violet is still with mom and wants to stay the night. Is that ok with you?
"Is that something your mom wants? if so it's fine." He smiled.
📱Mom is that something you want to? Or just Violet?
📱Oh, both of us baby. I'm actually excited.
📱Then Levi said it's ok with him then. I'll come pick her up tomorrow and Levi will text Remi.

"Will you text Remi?" I ask.
"Already did. She said they both were really excited. I can't believe how much she loves your mom." She said.
"My mom will spoil her to death. She was such a fun mom growing up. She will have her sleeping with her. Thank you for letting her stay." I smile.
"It's no problem. I saw how much they liked each other plus I have a little motive. I get to have the night alone with you." He smirked.
"Is that so? Well, we need to figure out dinner and then we can figure out the rest of the night." I said.
Levi's phone rang and it was Gray saying to let him in. "Will you go unlock the door for him?" He asked.
"Sure I can do that heading out of the room and open the door. "Hey, Gray!" I smile.
"Hey, I brought over some food Remi cooked with her mom. I wanted to say hey to Levi a second." He said.
"Sure he's in his room. Thank Remi for the food." I smile putting it in the fridge.
When I walked back into the room the guys were laughing. "Looks like we don't have to figure out dinner." Levi smiled.
"Looks like it." I smile back.
"So what's with you two? Are you an Item?" Gray smiles.
"Umm," I said.
"I'd like to be something we just haven't worked out the specifics yet," Levi said.
"Well, I like seeing you, happy brother. I'm gonna head home talk to you tomorrow. Nite Avah." He said walking out.
"I will go lock the door," I said.
"Ok, I'm going to get up and come to the kitchen so we can eat some dumplings." He said.
"Dumplings? Oh my god! Those are my favorite." I giggle heading to the fridge.
"You are my favorite." He laughs.
I heat up the dumplings and walk around the bar to where he is sitting. "I'm proud of you Levi you are moving better than I thought you would be," I said.
"It's all because of you. You make me want to walk and be able to do things with you." He said.
"That's very sweet." I walk in between his legs and wrap my arms around him.
He puts his hands on my hips and pulls me close. "So I know this is fast and we haven't known each other that long and I have already been saying you are my woman. Can I say you are my girlfriend?"
"You want me to be your girlfriend? I haven't been anyone's anything in a long time." I said.
"Yes I want you to be my girlfriend and I can't say I haven't been anyone's anything because I am Violet's father but she loves you and loves your mom and she's really never had grandparents." He said.
"What about Courtney's parents?" I ask.
"She said they weren't her parents and she didn't like them and never brought them around but I think they just didn't have a good relationship." He said.
"Even though my mom didn't birth me she will always be my mom. I'm so scared I'm going to lose her Levi." I said.
"Shh don't say that or think that. There has to be something that can be done. I know chemo makes her sick but what about a second opinion or something?" He asked.
"I can't afford that Levi and they can't either." I sigh.
"Let me talk to Gray he knows people in the doctor field he might have a way." He smiled.
"You would do that for me, Levi?" I smile.
"I would do anything for you Avah." He said tucking a piece of hair behind my ear.
