The next morning I wake up and help get Violet ready for school. Gray came and got her and then I went woke Levi up to do his therapy.
"Thank you for helping with Violet this morning I really appreciate all you do." He said puckering up his lips for a kiss.
I lean in and kiss him and begin massaging his leg. An hour later we are finished with his exercising and I put on my scrubs.
"I've got to get to work text me if you need me ok?" I said.
"I will I'm going to lay in bed and watch a soccer game." He said.
"I will call you when I get off ok?" I said grabbing my bag.
"Are you not coming back tonight?" He frowned.
"I should probably go check on my apartment." I laugh.
"We can discuss it later. I don't want you to be late." He said.
I walk over to the bed and lean down to kiss him. "I'll talk to you later ok? Bye Levi."
"Bye Avah." He squeezes my hand before I head out the door.
I got in my car and headed to work and met Joyce at the door. "Morning!" I said.
"Good morning!" Joyce smiled.
I went to my office to log Levi's therapy and by the time I got done with that Melly walked in.
"So how's it going with Levi?" Melly asked.
"It's going great. Wait better than great." I smiled.
"Have you well you know," she asks.
"Ummm yeah, a couple of times." I laugh.
"And how was it?" She smirks.
"The best I've ever had even though we have to improvise because of his hip.." I smile.
"So your falling for him huh?" She asked.
"Melly I have fallen so hard. I haven't even slept at my place in I don't know when. He was sad when I told him I was going home tonight. My parents love him and he likes them too. Violet even stayed the night with momma night before last." I said.
"Wow really? That's something." She smiled.
"I haven't been this happy in a long time," I said right as Joyce's voice came through the intercom. "Tim is here." She said.
"Oh, great horn dog is back." I sigh.
"Tell him you have a boyfriend he will back off. He did at least for me," she said walking out of the office.
I take a deep breath and walk out to the front to greet him.
"Hey there Tim," I said.
"Hey, sexy lady." He said walking behind me. I ignore him and walk over to the machine and set a timer.
"How was your weekend?" He asked.
"It was great I spent it with my boyfriend," I said.
"Oh, that's nice." He said and never said another word after that. I smirked as I walked back to my office and my phone beeped.

I put my phone in my pocket and walk back out to where Tim is. "Looks like your doing much better," I said.
"Thanks, I'm feeling better." He said.
"I'll see you Friday! Make sure to make your appointment." I said.
"I will thanks Avah." He said walking toward the front.
I looked over at Melly and smirked. That must of worked.
I finish up my paperwork for the day and head out to my car. I look around because there is that feeling again of being watched.
I jump in my car and lock the door and look around again. That gives me such a creepy feeling.
I drive toward my apartment so I can wash clothes and gather up something to take to Levi's.
There was a knock on my door and I freeze in place. I tiptoe over to look in the peephole and I see this tall slender woman with long brown hair. I look down to make sure the door is lock and step back.
Sounds like the lady that came to work. I'm not opening the door I don't know her. I grab my phone out of my back pocket.
I go to my bedroom and lock the door and call Levi.

📞Levi, I'm scared.
📞Wait what's wrong?
📞I had that feeling I was being watched and the other day this woman showed up at work asking for me and now that same woman is knocking on my door.
📞Don't open that door. Listen Gray is here and ill have him come over and help you get to your car and get here.
📞I'm sorry, Levi.
📞Don't be sorry I want you safe and with me.
📞Gray already has left. Pack your bag. I'll stay on the phone with you.
📞I'm packing and I have my gun. I'm going to watch out the window and watch for Gray.
📞Sounds good. I'm sorry I can't come myself.
📞Levi there she is. She's running back across the road. She's getting in a maroon Envoy.
📞That's good to know Avah. Gray should be there shortly. He's in my truck.

I put my phone in my pocket when there is a knock on my door. I see Gray and open the door.
"Thanks for coming Gray. She just left. She was in a maroon Envoy." I said grabbing my bag.
"You have no idea who that is?" He asked.
"No, she's been to my work but won't leave a name. I don't know if you know I was adopted but I'm supposed to have an older sister maybe it's her but why not say her name?" I ask.
"Who knows. Let's get you to Levi because he is freaking out." He said grabbing my bag and we head out the door.
