The next morning Dr. Von comes in and tells me I can go home but I need to take it easy for a few days.

Levi is smiling and ready to go. Gray came to pick us up. I've never wanted to be home so bad.

I guess while I'm down I can work on wedding stuff. I feel bad for leaving Melly hanging. I need to call her and have her come over one day so I can ask her to be a bridesmaid.

When we pulled into the driveway I couldn't help but smile Violet had made me a sign that said welcome home. I'm sure Remi helped her.

When we walked in Remi was cooking and had a big pot of spaghetti going and garlic bread and a bunch of cookies.

"Remi this is so nice of you. Thank you for cooking." I said sitting down at the table.

"It's nothing we all need to eat." She smiled as Gray and Violet helped her to get our plates ready.

Sierrah, Ruthie, and Wyatt were at the little kid's table they brought inside while the four of us sit at the table.

"So I was hoping while you're off you Melly and I can get together and go over wedding stuff. I have some ideas." Remi smiled.

"Sounds good with me and I need to look at dresses," I said.

"I told you once she got going Avah she wouldn't stop," Gray said leaning over to kiss Remi.

"Ewwww daddy kissing mommy." Ruthie giggles which causes us all to laugh.

"This is what you have to look forward to ." Remi laughs.

No one would let me help with anything they just made me go lay down. Now I know how Levi feels.

I take a shower and lay down in the bed and cover-up when Levi comes in on his cane. "Sorry, babe they didn't want you doing anything."

"It's ok now I just know how you feel." I laugh.

"I would have showered with you." He said.

"I'm sorry I thought you would be out there with Gray for a while," I said.

"He's still out there but I wanted to check on you." He said.

"Go ahead go back out there I'm going to call Melly." I smile.

"Ok, babe love you!" He said.

"I love you too Levi." I smile and pick up my phone.

📞Oh, Avah it's good to hear your voice. Are you ok?

📞I'm ok and home in bed. Just had a headache but I'm good now.

📞I'm so glad. Levi has been good to keep me updated.

📞Listen I hate to throw this on you but the night before the accident Levi proposed and I want to get with you and Remi and go over wedding stuff.

📞Eeeek! I'm so happy for you Avah! Of course, I will come over.

📞I want you and Remi to be bridesmaids and Violet my made of honor.

📞Oh, I completely understand! She will love it and I will definitely be over.

📞Good! Well, I'm going to call my mom she doesn't know I've been in the hospital.

📞Levi told me not to tell her if she called me.

📞Love you, Melly! I hope to see you tomorrow or Sunday!

📞Love you too Avah I'm glad your home and ok.

After we hang up I don't know if I should call mom and do I tell her after the fact or not tell her at all?

I close my eyes and doze off when my phone rings.

📞Hello?

📞Avah baby are you ok?

📞Hi momma! I'm good just dozed off. Remi cooked spaghetti and I'm stuffed. How are you feeling?

📞I'm good but your dad just informed me you were in the hospital. I want to know why I'm just finding out?

📞Well, Levi didn't want you upset with your new meds and stuff momma.

📞That sweet boy. But you are ok?

📞I'm ok momma ill explain it all when I see you. I just want you to know me and the baby are ok.

📞Ok baby that will be good enough for now. I'll let you rest but I love you.

📞I love you too momma! Bye!

I lay my phone down and turn over and doze off to sleep until I feel little hands on my face. "I love you Avah and I'm so happy your home."

She leans forward and kisses my forehead and then rubs my head. I open my eyes and smile at her. "Come get in bed with me Violet and snuggle," I said.

"Really Avah?" She smiles.

"Of course sweet pea let's snuggle and go back to sleep," I said as she gets in the bed and I wrap my arms around her.

"I love you Avah," Violet said.

"I love you too very much." I kiss her head and we go back to sleep.

A few hours later I wake up and Violet is still in my arms but her face is buried in my chest. I look back and Levi is snuggled up to me asleep.

This is exactly where I am supposed to be. I can't wait until the baby gets here. I love these two people and this baby with my whole heart.

I fall back to sleep and wake up the next morning when Violet gets up to go to the bathroom because my bladder can't wait.

When I come out of the bathroom Levi is sitting up smiling and holds his arms out to me. I walk over and he pulls me in for a kiss. "When I walked in here and saw Violet snuggled up in your chest I had a few tears Avah."

"I was asleep and she came in here kissing my forehead and said she loved me and happy I was home so I asked her to snuggle with me. She seemed to enjoy it." I smile.

"She did and now you two are my screen saver." He said holding out his phone.

I lean down and kiss him again. "I love you, Levi."

"I love you too Avah." He pulls me in for another kiss.
