The next morning after Gray picked up Violet for school we got in the truck and headed to the doctors.
He was happy with Levi's process and smirked when he realized I was more than just his physical therapist.
After that visit, we headed to work where I helped him over on the bicycle and I went to log my paperwork.
Melly walked into my room. "Hey, I see Levi out there exercising."
"Yeah I took him to the doctor and he was happy with his progress. He wanted to come with me because after we are packing up my apartment with the help of his construction workers." I laugh.
"Well, that's nice of them to help. He thanked me for helping you yesterday." She smiled.
"Yeah that woman is crazy and I don't wish to see her again." I smile.
"Once you get your paperwork done you can head out if you need to. I only have a couple of people today and I can handle Tim. He has calmed down after we said we were taken." She laughs.
"I appreciate that. I'm going to go talk to Levi about it." I said walking out of the room.
"You ok Levi?" I ask him.
"Yeah, babe I'm good just going slow. I have more motion with the staples out." He smirks and wiggles his eyebrows up and down.
"You are too much. Listen Melly said after I get my paperwork done we can go so we can work on the apartment." I said.
"Sounds good and umm Gray told me that one of Remi's employees Hunter has been looking for a place and he may want it." He said.
"Ok, that's fine with me. Have him come over and take a look while we are packing if he can." I said.
"Let me text Remi and tell her." He said pulling out his phone.
"Ok, I'm going to finish up my paperwork love you," I said.
"I love you more sticky bun." He said and I smile because I know what he means.
Thirty minutes later I finish up my paperwork and I see Levi talking to Mrs. Wilson who is here for a broken hip as well.
I walk out and over to where they are. "Oh, Avah if I was forty years younger I would take this one home." She laughs.
"Mrs. Wilson, are you flirting with my boyfriend?" I laugh.
"Oh goodness, I didn't know Avah." She said.
"It's ok he is a good looking man I don't blame you," I said looking at Levi.
He smiles and wraps his arm around me. "Are you ready to go?" He asked.
"I sure am. Bye Mrs. Wilson." I said as we walked away.
I helped Levi into the truck and we head over to my apartment to see Larry and the crew waiting.
Larry walks over to the passenger side and helps Levi out. "I appreciate you guys coming to help with this," I said.
"No problem Avah. We will do anything for the boss." Larry said.
We all got on the elevator and headed up to my apartment. It's weird saying goodbye to this place that I've called home for the last six years but I'm happy to move on with my new life with Levi, Violet, and sticky bun.
"The furniture can stay here if Hunter is going to take the place. But everything else goes." I said.
It wasn't long until a young boy knocked on the door and I smiled when I saw him. "You must be Hunter! Come on in." I said.
"Hi, thanks for letting me see the place. I'll have a look around and then I'll help." He said.
"I appreciate that. Follow me to the kitchen that's where Levi is." I laugh.
"Hey, Hunter! Thanks for coming man." Levi said sorting my silverware.
"What exactly do you need Hunter?" I ask.
"Well, everything." He laughs.
"If you want the place I'll leave you all my furniture. Just a few things I need as Levi has everything already." I said.
"Really? Man, I would be grateful. I'm just coming out of my parent's house and don't have anything." He said.
"Levi no need to pack the silverware if he wants the place I'll leave him everything besides a couple of cups that are my favorites," I said.
"Hunter go check out the rooms and let us know before we pack anything else up," Levi said.
Hunter walks out of the room and I walk over and kiss him. "Do you know how much I love you, Mr. Reece?" I smile.
"I have an idea. Why don't you show me?" He said pulling my lips down to his.
For a second I forget where I am and that others are around until Hunter walks back in and clears his throat.
When I look up at him he's blushing. "Sorry, Hunter so what do you think?" I ask.
"I love it. I definitely want it." He smiled.
"Ok I will get all the paperwork set up I'll just need you to sign but you can stay here tonight if you want," I said.
"So you bringing Joy over here?" Levi smirked.
Hunter's face got red but before he could say anything I spoke up. "Leave him alone Levi."
"I like her! She's as nice as Remi." He smiled.
A little while later we have about everything packed up. I went back to the bedroom to look around along with the bathroom. Levi's guys worked fast.
"I can rent a storage unit to put all this in," I said walking back into the living room where Hunter and Levi are sitting.
"No, you won't. The guys are taking it to the house and putting it in the garage so you can go through it and put it where you want." He said.
I hand Hunter over the keys. I look around one more time mentally saying goodbye before getting back on the elevator with Levi.
I'm a little sad but also happy to start my new life. I place my hand on my small stomach and rub it smiling over at Levi.
