The next morning I get up and do some exercises since I'm feeling better.
I probably don't need a workout after last night. I walk into the kitchen to find Violet and Avah at the bar eating cereal together laughing.
"Hey! Where is my cereal?" I smile.
"Daddy you can get it yourself!" Violet giggles.
I walk over and kiss both of their heads then go get my cereal.
"Daddy guess what? Avah is taking me to school today!"
"She is?" I smile.
"Yep Avah is walking me to my class and meeting my teacher." Violet smiled.
I already knew this but I played along. "Well, that's exciting munchkin. Are you going to show her the class pet?"
"Oh yeah, she will like scaley." She giggled.
"Scaley? Wait a minute what is that?" Avah asked.
"A gecko." Violet giggles.
"Oh, I don't think I want to pet or hold him." Avah laughs.
"Daddy, can we get a dog?" Violet asks.
"What about the baby? We will be so busy we won't have time for a dog. Maybe sometime in the future though." I said.
"Come on we need to get going so I can meet your teacher and this scaley pet." Avah scrunched up her nose.
Violet giggles and grabs her backpack and heads to the door.
"Bye, I love you both," I said before kissing Avah goodbye.
After they left I tried to clean up our food bowls and then I walked around a little bit before Gray walked in.
"Hey bro! When you get time I need to go rent tuxes. You and Larry and Hunter need to be fitted as well. But I still need to ask Hunter." I said.
"Oh, I'm sure he will be down to do it call him or text him and ask." He said.
"Oh, I will. So Avah as you know took Violet to school. She wanted her to meet her teacher and meet scaley." I laugh.
"Oh no!" Gray laughs.
"Yeah, Avah didn't like the thought of that." I laugh.
We walk outside and sit on the porch in the rockers. "Levi it's nice to see you moving around better."
"I'm feeling better and moving much faster," I said.
"I'm sure Avah is happy about that. It's not like you haven't had sex somehow since she's pregnant." He laughs.
"Your the one that told me how to do it on the counter." I laugh.
"When do you find out what the baby is?" He asked.
"In a couple of weeks we hope but it doesn't matter. Avah did say it didn't matter but since we already have a daughter a son may be nice." I smiled over at him.
"You think Avah will want to adopt Violet?" Gray asked.
"You know I'm not sure but Violet would love to have a real mom. I'm happy Courtney is behind bars." I said.
"Who would have ever thought that Courtney would be Avah's long lost sister," Gray said shaking his head.
"That's some shit, isn't it? She hasn't even once asked about Violet." I said.
"What about Jody? How is she doing with her treatment?" Gray asked.
"As far as I know she's doing ok and handling the meds and treatments Dr. Bright has her on. He said the meds she was on weren't doing anything but making her sick." I said.
"I'm glad to hear it. I know Jay was worried because of the cost." Gray said.
"I told Avah not to worry I'll pay for it," I said.
"I'll help if need be." He said.
"I'll let you know when I know Gray," I said.
"Alright well I better get home I got some things to do but let me know when you want to go Tux shopping." He said getting up and giving me a fist bump before leaving.
I sit there a little while longer and enjoyed the sun and just being outside. I probably need to text Hunter. I pull out my phone.
📱Hey Hunter it's Levi. I didn't want to ask this over the phone but I figure you are working. Would you like to be a groomsman?
📱Hell yeah, I will! Let me know when we will go get fitted for clothes.
📱Hopefully, this weekend when Gray is off but ill let you know if not Remi will because she's working on everything lol.

I put my phone in my pocket and go back inside to lay down and stretch my leg and hip. I doze off to sleep and wake up when I hear Avah and Violet giggling.
I walk into the room. "So how was scaley?"
"Ugly." Avah laughs and Violet giggles.
"How was the teacher?" I asked.
"Oh she was nice and she asked where you were." She smirked.
"Oh, she did huh? I'm scared to ask what you said." I laugh.
"Oh, I told her home planning our wedding." She laughed.
Violet went upstairs with her backpack. We watched her go up and Avah turned around. "Her teacher informed me that Violet told her she had a new mommy and was excited to have one."
"Oh wow, I don't know what to say," I said.
Avah walked over and wrapped her arms around me. "Nothing for you to say, Levi. When I picked her up from school she asked if she can call me mommy or mom."
"She did?" I asked.
"She did Levi and I told her she can call me whatever she wants to." She said tearing up.
I pull her closer and kiss her lips. "I love you so much. You always make her feel special."
"That's why if it's ok with you I want to adopt her." She said.
I smile at her and laugh. "Violet will like that."
"I think so too. I want to ask her first before I do anything but, of course, it's your decision but I want to give her a mom like I have." She said.
I kiss her again and again. "I love you and your beautiful heart."
