An: I would like to put in another trigger warning for this chapter for assault/sexual assault. Like I did before I will put TW before the start of the part so those who would like to skip it can.

Last night at the astronomy tower was amazing. It was just her and George and no one else to interrupt them. Like lee and Fred coming up with a new idea for a prank. Ron screaming for some unknown reason or the golden trio being their usual selves.

Jesse basically hoovered the next day in absolute awe of the situation, she didn't even get pissed off when Pucey called her a 'meat eating mutt' she just allowed Elise to deal with it.

They both sat down to each some lunch and Elise turned to the girl "right, tell me what happened" Jesse was snapped out of her trance and looked at Elise "me and George kissed again" she said with a smile plastered on her face "in the astronomy tower, it was perfect" Elise let out a small 'awe' at what Jesse said "I'm so happy for you"

Jesse glanced down the table at Thomas, he was sat with a bunch of other slytherin boys including Pucey "is he trying to piss me off?" Jesse said, looking back at Elise "he knows how much Adrian Pucey bullies me and he's acting all chummy with him" Elise glanced over at Thomas before giving Jesse a weak smile "he's trying to get a rise outta you"

"Anyways~ how are you and Charlotte?" Jesse asked Elise "oh we're going.. just going I guess, we haven't spoke since we snogged on Christmas" Jesse nodded "well, you should just walk up to Her! Yeah! Just go up to her and tell her how you feel" Jesse smiled whilst giving Elise that advice. She thought it was decent advice, especially since things with her and George had been going to well.

Jesse was sat in the astronomy tower, she had just had astronomy and decided to sit and watch the stars before heading back in for some late dinner. She sighed happily with the peaceful silence she enjoyed so much. She was sitting watching the stars when she heard footsteps.

She immediately stood up and looked towards the stairs, pulling out her wand. It was a 12 3/4" Holly wood wand with dragon heartsting core. It was light and extremely good with non verbal spells which worked to her advantage, it had flames wrapping around the handle of it, becoming more plain at the top of it. Jesse walked towards the stairs and before she knew it she was on the floor, her wand rolling away from her.

Jesse groaned from the sudden pain and looked up. Duncan. "Get the fuck away from me Duncan." She spat whilst shuffling away from the Durmstrang boy. He grabbed her hands and held them above her head before he leant down and kissed her, she squirmed which made Duncan pull away "I always get vat I vant and I vant you" he said with a smirk as he slowly pulled up Jesse's shirt. She tried kicking him away but it was no use, he had sat on her legs.

Tears began to fall from Jesse's eyes as she knew what was about to happen. She tried to scream however they were muffled by a charm Duncan had put on her mouth, making her unable to scream or make any noise. She closed her eyes and hoped it would be over soon.

George was heading to the astronomy tower, he didn't see Jesse at dinner and knew she would be there, and after the whole Duncan situation he didn't trust her to be alone. He slowly walked up the steps, being as quiet as possible when he saw someone sitting on someone else. It was Duncan and Jesse. His whole body filled with anger and he rushed up the stairs and shoved Duncan off of Jesse.

He handed Jesse her shirt and helped her to sit up before holding out his hand to Duncan's face "you're disgusting you know that right." He spat at the durmstrang boy "I always get vat I vant" he said as he stood up. George grabbed him by the shirt and punched him in the jaw and in the nose before throwing him onto the ground and kicking his side.

George felt a small tug at his trousers and looked back at Jesse, he wasn't worth it. He knelt down next to Jesse and smiled weakly "let's get you inside" he spoke in a soft voice. Jesse had already pulled her shirt on and grabbed her wand before she slowly started to stand up, her legs weak from Duncan sitting on them. George picked her up bridal style and carried her back to the school "we have to tell someone."

Jesse nodded "I.. I.. yes" she managed to say as her voice came back to her "should we go to Snape? He's your head of house?" Jesse shook her head "I wanna speak to professor McGonagall.. she's a women, I'll feel more comfortable" George nodded and placed Jesse down. He linked arms with her and walked her to McGonagall's classroom before knocking on the door.
