48- i'll look after you

Everyone was sat down at the table for dinner, Jesse sat in between Lupin and George, slowly eating her food. George and Fred told us about the order of the Phoenix which was an organisation which Dumbledore created when the first wizarding war happened. Jesse found out her parents were apart of it however they were attending meeting due to the divorce.

Lupin smiled and stood up "Jesse may I speak with you? Jesse looked up with lupin and stood up, following him into the corridor "I don't know if your mom informed you however they'd like me to look after you whilst they go through.. well you know" Jesse nodded and hugged lupin tightly "thank you uncle lupin" Jesse mumbled slightly whilst sniffling.

Lupin ran his hands through her hair and sighed "don't worry Jesse~ I'll look after you~" Jesse nodded and let go of lupin and he gave her a wide smile "well you'll be spending Christmas here too which Sirius is very happy about" Jesse nodded with a smile "I'm glad he's doing okay~"

Hannah walked through the door and sighed "Hi Lupin~ I came to speak to Molly.." she looked at Jesse and smiled "Jesse!" Jesse looked at Hannah, her mother and gasped "mom!" She ran over to her and gave her a hug "oh gosh what happened to you Jesse?" Jesse smiled weakly and let go of her "I got sneezed on by a dragon~ but I'm okay" Hannah nodded and kissed Jesse's forehead.

Molly walked into the hallway "Awh Hannah~ let's go into the living room and talk" she spoke as Jesse's mom followed her into the living room. "Why don't you go upstairs pumpkin?" Jesse nodded at what Lupin said and headed upstairs. She walked up to George and Fred's room and knocked on the open door "can I come in?"

George sat up and nodded "yes you may~ we're talking over things for our shop" Jesse nodded and sat next to George on his bed "oh Freddie~ those extendable ears worked a charm" Fred nodded "thanks for the input" Fred looked at both George and Jesse "so Jesse~ when did George ask you out?" He said with a smirk "I.. what Freddie?" She responded

Fred leant against the wall and crossed his arms "Charlie told me that-" Jesse stood up and covered Fred's found before he could continue "Jesse.. what is he going on about" Jesse sighed and took her hand off Fred's mouth "there was this annoying guy in Romania and he asked me on a date so I said you were my boyfriend and got Charlie to tell him you were" she said with a blush on her face, sitting next to Fred on the bed.

Fred chuckled slightly "I love how Jesse had to lie about you two being together when Ickle Georgie wants to ask you out so badly" George glared at Fred "oh I'm gonna get you back for saying that" a soft pink tint showed up on George's face as Fred said it out loud, he didn't look at Jesse but knew she was probably bright red.

It was 2am, Jesse couldn't sleep well since she got burnt so she was stood in the kitchen, making herself a cup of tea. Once she finished she sat in the living room, curled up on the sofa. She felt someone walk in, which made her jumped slightly, she glanced over at the door "Georgie?" She spoke as she saw the redhead walk in. George smiled and sat next to her "couldn't sleep?" Jesse shook her head

Jesse placed her tea down on the coffee table and turned to George "it's hard to sleep when half of my body is burnt" she chuckled slightly, George pulled her closer and placed his forehead against hers "hi Georgie~" she whispered.

George pulled Jesse closer and kissed her softly, Jesse wrapped her arms around George's neck and kissed him back. She missed this, she missed his cuddles, she missed his kisses. Jesse pulled herself onto George's lap and ran her hands through his hair, George bit Jesse's lip, she allowed him access before the light switched on.

Jesse and George pulled away from each other and looked over at the door. Fred stood in the doorway "well well well~" Jesse got off George's lap and grabbed her tea "goodnight boys" her cheeks were a bright red colour as she walked up to her and ginny's bedroom. Fred sat next George as he pulled a pillow onto his lap "so things were getting a little hot in here" George shoved Fred "shut up"
