67- I finally did it

Jesse had been practicing her patronus whenever she could find the time, and it was now time for the final D.A meeting before Christmas break. She was heading their on her own this time as Elise was going with Charlotte.

She entered the room of requirement and walked over to George "so think you'll be able to do it today?" He questioned the girl, she nodded slightly "hopefully~ I've just got to think of happy things" she explained and she got on her tip toes and pecked George's nose "I hope you're able to do it today too Georgie" she added before turning to Harry.

Harry explained that they would be continuing with their progress with the patronus charm. As the lesson continued, many people got a handle over her patronus, Fred and George had a magpie as their patronus, fitting them having the same one.

Jesse focused her mind on her happiest memory, it was when George took her to see Charlie for the first time, when she realised she was falling for him. She focused on it when spoke 'expecto patronum' then finally her patronus formed, blue mist exited her wand and formed a dragon. She smiled to herself as it flew around her head and breathed blue fire.

George looked over and gave her a thumbs up as she created her patronus, he was proud of her and knew it would be a dragon after her love for the species.

The D.A lesson was over and Harry dismissed everyone for the final time until after Christmas, Jesse exited With George, squeezing his hand tightly "I'm proud of you Jesse" she gave him a wide smile "thanks Georgie" she added and she rested her head on his shoulder.

Jesse headed up to her dorm and sat on her bed, she was looking at a family photo her mother gave her in the summer. Elise caught her and smiled "what ya looking at~?" She asked her as she sat on her bed "oh um.. it's a photo of me, mom, dad and Katherine" she spoke "you know.. we look happy" she muttered and glanced over at Elise "but we aren't" she added.

Jesse laid down on her bed and sighed "so where are you going for Christmas?" Jesse asked Elise "oh I'm going to charlottes~ I think it's going to be a blast, what about you?" "Oh I'm going to stay with Remus" she spoke quietly, she couldn't say where she was saying due to it's confidentiality but she wasn't lying when she said she was staying with her uncle.
