Jesse was walking down the corridors on her usual night duty when she bumped into Roger which was strange "Roger? I thought you were patrolling near slytherin and Hufflepuff" she asked him.

He gave her a smile "well I thought we could patrol together for a bit, how does that sound?" He spoke, she nodded in response and gave him a small smile. They walked for a bit before Roger grabbed jesse's hand. She tried to pull hers away but Roger had too tight of a grip.

Roger grabbed jesse's waist and pulled her close before kissing her, she realised what was happening and shoved him away "Roger.. I have a boyfriend" she said as she walked away, bumping into the redhead she knew oh so well. "Georgie.." she panted slightly before he walked away "wait Georgie.." she followed after him.

George clenched his fists and turned around, glaring at Jesse "so when you do all your night duties do you snog Roger?" He asked her, a stern look on his face. Jesse was taken aback and looked at him "Georgie.. he kissed me" George looked down "Jesse.. I saw what happened" he spoke as he walked away.

Jesse stood there, but she knew what she had to do. She followed him and grabbed his arm "hey.. hey!" She spoke out before he turned around "I would never. Kiss him George." She spoke, in a serious voice. George sniffled and wiped his eyes "he kissed me Georgie.. please believe me"

George didn't know what to think. He knew that Roger had a crush on her, she was his girlfriend. George walked off in the opposite direction "I'm going to kill him.." Jesse grabbed George and tried to pull him back "Georgie.. don't do that.. Umbridge will blame me" she spoke as she grabbed George's hand "Georgie.. please"

He stopped in his tracks and turned back to Jesse before hugging her "now kiss me" she spoke quietly, he smashed his lips against hers and she entangled her fingers in his hair, kissing him back. It felt like fireworks every single time unlike the horrible kisses she had experienced before.

The next day, Roger found himself getting covered in food at breakfast by peeves, who was enlisted by George to get back at him for kissing his girl. Jesse chuckled at the sight and carried on eating her own breakfast as she saw Umbridge telling Roger to go get cleaned up.

She finished her breakfast and got up, she kissed George's cheek quickly and walked off to her next lesson, she noticed Roger as she walked down the corridors and he walked up to her "got anything to do with this?" He asked her to which she shook her head "no.. I think it was peeves"

He scoffed and walked off towards the men's washroom to get cleaned up. Jesse chuckled as she walked to her classroom, she had Quidditch practice this afternoon before the big game tomorrow, she was excited to finally show George her skills.
