31- I'll get you back

George being the prankster he is, decided to do a good old prank on his favourite slytherin. He knew how she would react but he hadn't pranked her in ages and knew it may cheer her up or George would have to run away from a screaming Slytherin girl.

He had planned it all out, Jesse had a study period on Wednesday afternoons, so did he. He would go in late so he could set the prank up before waiting off Jesse to leave and following her to see the prank go down. He had set up balloons of paint to splat onto her when she headed up to her dorm room. She gained help from Elise after a lot of back and forth and she finally agreed. Jesse would turn from her usual grumpy self to a rainbow of colours, literally.

It was time for the prank, Elise gave him the thumbs up saying that it was all set, he headed to the hall and sat down next to Fred who had no clue this was happening.

Jesse finished her work and handed her parchment to Snape before heading out of the hall. George hadn't finished and Snape refused to let him go. He guessed he'd have to wait down here for her reaction. Jesse headed to her dorm and opened the door before she was splatted with paint from all Angles. She clenched her fists and ran down the stairs and back towards the hall "GEORGE WEASLEY I AM GOING TO KILL YOU" she shouted, everyone in the study hall looking at her, sniggers echoing throughout the room.

George stood up and chuckled "nice look you're going for there" Jesse grabbed George by the collar and glared at him "if this doesn't come out then I'll going to personally murder you and not make it quick." She glared at him before throwing him back lightly. Snape had turned a blind eye as he didn't want to take points off slytherin. George watched as Jesse felt the hall and most likely towards the bathrooms to wash out the colour.

Jesse couldn't get the paint out of her hair, it came out of her skin and clothes but not her hair, her hair was now a mixture of red purple and green and she wasn't going to let that Weasley get away with it. She looked at lee and walked over to him in the corridor. She held him against the wall "what's the Gryffindor password.?" She asked him before he told her the password. She let him go and stomped towards the Gryffindor common room.

Once she reached it she said the password, the fat lady reluctantly letting her in. All the Gryffindor's looked at her "wheres george.?" She asked, a serious look on her face. They all pointed towards the stairs to the boys dorms. He walked up the stairs and shoved the door open to his dorm room. She didn't care for the mess. She glared at George "did you really think this was funny?" She asked him

George tried his best not to laugh as he knew she'd rip his head off "I wanted to lighten the mood since you've been down lately" he explained. She sighed slightly "you know.. it was a nice gesture BUT MY HAIR IS NOW RED PURPLE AND GREEN" she exclaimed with a grumpy look on her face

"You better have a spell to fix this?" She said with her arms crossed "I uh.. I'll look for one!" He exclaimed before rushing to the library "oh I'll do get him back for this" she said before exiting the Gryffindor common room.
