George and Fred had been planning their exit since their birthday. They had already set off enchanted fireworks throughout the school. Which was quite enjoyable for all the students, not really the students though.

Jesse had been spending much more time with George, which meant more time with Lee and Fred but also the poltergeist peeves who was enticed by the Slytherin girl now with the trio.

Harry had enlisted their help so that he could speak with Sirius without Umbridge finding out. Umbridge controlled basically everything in hogwarts.

However Jesse didn't know what they had planned as a distraction so she hoped she would find out.

Soon after, George ran up to her and pulled her into a hug before placing a soft kiss on her lips. She felt happy and kissed him back before he pulled away shortly after "I love you Jesse" Jesse looked up at the boy and knew it was time, she hugged him tighter and closed her eyes "I love you too Georgie" she mumbled but loud enough for the ginger to hear him.

George pulled away from the hug and placed a kiss on Jesse's forehead "don't remember to send me letters" she said with a smile and George nodded "I will honey don't worry" he replied before he headed off down the corridor.

Fred and George had turned a corridor in the school into a swamp which was effective apart from the fact they were caught by Umbridge and the inquisitor squad. Jesse was stood with the small crowd chuckling slightly at the scene.

George gave fred a grin before they called for their brooms and shot off out of the school. Many students cheering for them, George looked back and noticed the familiar blondie he loved dearly. He blew her a kiss and she blew one back, her heart aching slightly.

Over the next couple of days, Jesse busied herself as much as she could. When she wasn't in lessons or at Quidditch practice, she spent her time in the library, studying for her upcoming N.E.W.T exams. When she was back in her dorm though, she didn't do much. She sat in her bed with snow on her lap, either reading or crying.

She felt empty without her other half with her. She did send him a letter already but hadn't received anything back so far. Jesse knew George wound send her one soon enough and she couldn't wait.

Elise looked at the girl and put her hands on her hips "right girl~ get up" she spoke and Jesse just glared at her "what.." "get up" Elise repeated before she pulled the girl out of bed. Jesse stood there and groaned "you're not spending all your time being all depressed" Elise spoke with slight sass in her voice.

Elise had made Jesse clean herself up before practically dragging her down to the common room, it was quiet as many had already gone up to bed, except a few fifth years who didn't care for studies. They sat at one of the empty tables and Elise made them play a muggle game together, which did make Jesse feel better and take her mind of things.
