39 - an old friend

"Why does he keep staring at me?" Jesse said to elise as they sat down for their dinner. She shrugged and glanced over at Thomas. He nodded his head to the door and stood up, walking out, Jesse stood up and followed him, looking back at Elise who was imitating a punch which made her chuckle.

Jesse stood in front of Thomas and crossed her arms "what.?" She spat at him "I wanted to apologise for how I acted over the past couple of months" Jesse glanced at him "well then you need to apologise to Elise too because you were a homophobic little twat." Jesse wasn't going to accept it that easily, she knew she was a push over but Thomas really hurt her.

Before Thomas could speak, Jesse punched Thomas in the nose, making him stumble back "I guess I deserved that" he chuckled slightly, Jesse not laughing one bit "I'm not accepting it that easily, you'll have to earn my trust. Firstly by not befriend that twat Pucey" she spat before walking back into the hall, her hand hurting as she sat down next to Elise "my hand hurts"

Elise gasped "so you punched him aye" Jesse nodded and smiled weakly "how do you punch people so easily, it bloody hurts" she exclaimed "oh I told him to apologise to you as well" she added whilst giving George a smile from across the room.

It had been a couple of days and Thomas had beat up Pucey and and just gang, which ended up with him in the hospital wing, Jesse found it quite funny that Thomas was actually trying to win jesse's friendship back. "You know, I'm not letting him anywhere past the friend zone" she said to Elise as they were playing cards, Elise said it was a muggle game that Charlotte had taught her "I don't blame you, cheeky little sod" Jesse chuckled slightly

"So had he apologised to you and Charlotte?" Elise nodded "yeah~ he came up to us and apologised for being a homophobic fuck" she said with a smile "so how did the potions homework go last week?" She asked Jesse "oh um.. let's just say it got a little heated" she blushed slightly "nothing like that though" she shook her head "I'm still not ready.." Elise nodded and put her hand down "I win!" Jesse pouted "no fair!"

Thomas walked into the common room and looked at the girls "so?" Jesse looked at Thomas "fine.. your forgiven BUT you're my friend. Nothing more" Thomas nodded "I understand that" he said with a smile "I'm sorry again" Jesse nodded "come sit and play with us, Elise keeps cheating" Elise gasped "no I don't!" Jesse chuckled "oh you so do" Thomas chuckled "so how do we play?"
