33- Its your birthday!

Jesse got up early that morning. It was the 1st of April which meant it was George and Fred's birthday. She had gotten up early to wrap up their presents. She didn't have lots of money so she didn't get to give them loads, however her dad had given her a box of sweets when she saw him last she wrapped some of them up for the twins. Obviously with different labels on them. She also wrapped up a charmed pen for Fred which the writing would only show up for others and not the person who was inflicted by it. She got didn't get George much however she duplicated a couple of photos of them dancing at the Yule ball, also a photo of them kissing in the astronomy shower which she sneakily took. She wrapped them up with ribbon and then in wrapping paper.

She put them into her bag to give to the twins later on in the day before getting ready, pulling on her usual uniform, a skirt instead of trousers as it was starting to become warmer outside. She went down to breakfast early and ate, excited to give the twins their presents. Jesse had finished her breakfast when she noticed the twins walk in. She waited a couple of minutes before walking over to their table.

Jesse sat next to George and smiled "happy birthday Georgie~" George smiled and hugged Jesse "thanks Jess~" Fred gasped "what about me Jesse!" Jesse chuckled "happy birthday to you too Fred" she handed them both their presents "I thought I'd give you them now rather than later" George gave Jesse a small smile "thanks Jess~" he said with a wink

Jesse nodded and whispered to George "meet in the astronomy tower at 7?" Before she stood up. George nodded to her as he turned back to fred. Jesse walking back over to the slytherin table and sitting with Elise. "Hey Elise~ how's things going with you and lottie?" She asked her. Elise smiled warmly "things are going great!"

The first prank of the day just happened as Jesse and Elise were talking. Two massive owls swooped into the room and sat on Adrian and Thomas's heads before pooping on their heads. They flew up and spiralled around the group, pooping all over them. Jesse glanced over at Fred and George and chuckled "of course it's those two" she giggled whilst mumbling slightly.

The rest of the day was filled with pranks from the twins, in history of magic, George turned the classroom into a dance floor and the professor into a chicken which she was not happy about before he sprinted out of the classroom.

She had heard that in charms, that both Fred and George did another charm causing frogs to cover the classroom, bouncing from desk to desk. Then finally she witnessed them both turn everyone's desks into spiders in transfiguration. Which made Jesse jump slightly.

It was the end of the day and Jesse luckily didn't have to face any of George's pranks, most likely after the whole paint incident. She was waiting for him in the astronomy tower. She turned around when she heard footsteps but sighed when she saw George "happy birthday Georgie" she said whilst hugging him "I hope you liked your presents" George nodded and smiled "I did cupcake~" he said with a smile. "You're officially older than me"

George smirked at the comment "I am~ which means I'll be able to use magic before youuu" he teased before Jesse shoved him slightly "oh shush~ my birthday is in a month!" She responded back "and I'll make sure it's great" he replied to her. Jesse was about to speak but she was cut off by George's lips smashing against hers, she melted into his grip and smiled into the kiss. In George's opinion, it was his best birthday yet.
