and the scary thing is
he pulled me aside where there were no people
and threatened to kill me
he had me at gunpoint as well

Hoshi 🌟:

i need to have a talk with him

yeah it is

Like that, Soonyoung came over in the span of five seconds and rushed to knock the door. Jieun opened it slightly to make sure it was Soonyoung and let him in when it was. He let out an audible sigh of relief and encapsulated the other in a tight hug. Jieun felt comfortable and safe in his arms, burying her head in Soonyoung's neck.

"I'm so glad you aren't hurt." he murmured while stroking her hair gently and smoothly. A few seconds passed and Jieun let go of him. Soonyoung took Jieun's face and lifted it up and made eye contact with her. He was nearly lost in her eyes before snapping out of it and clearing his throat in embarrassment. "Um well, do you think you'll be fine by yourself? I'll stay here with you if you don't feel safe, just tell me and I will, okay?"

"I'll be fine..." Jieun replied in a shaky voice. Soonyoung eyed her skeptically at her tone and nodded his head. It was because Jieun didn't want to waste his time. She was sure she would be fine. Maybe. Not really. Okay, so maybe Jieun wasn't feeling very confident that she would make it through the night without waking up in a cold sweat. Because of this, Jieun rethought her decision when Soonyoung was opening the door.

"Wait!" she called. "I... I've changed my mind. Please stay." Jieun said this purely because this was the most scared she had ever been in her entire life, and Soonyoung was someone she felt could make that fear dissolve.

Soonyoung turned back around, locking the door again and walked to the couch. Jieun followed after him as he turned on the tv and sat down.

"Let's watch some shows or something and pull an all-nighter!" Soonyoung suggested enthusiastically. He tried lifting Jieun's mood up, which worked because she started rambling on about what shows would be good to watch.

"OOOOH! This one is so good, I think I cried at least ten times during it." Jieun exclaimed, pointing at the screen like an excited kid. Soonyoung looked confused and lost, not knowing what he got himself into.

"So that's supposed to mean it's really amazing and we should watch it?" he asked. Jieun nodded her head rapidly and selected the first episode. It began with a girl talking about how some nation attacked or whatever. Something along the lines of 'long ago, the four nations lived together in harmony, then, everything changed when the fire nation attacked'.

Soonyoung stared unattentively at the tv. He usually wasn't into these things. And the 'things he was into' were songs by a particular boy group called SHINee (dunno if you've heard of them). Soonyoung was watching this with Jieun for her, so she would clear her mind of all things bad.

But soon, due to all the cool fights with elements and Jieun screaming about the a ship between two characters, Soonyoung started getting more into the story. He became drawn in by the animation and badassness of one particular earth-bender. The story pulled at his heartstrings. The two laughed at the jokes and sat in sadness when something bad happened. It was a good time. Jieun paused Avatar at around half-way into the second season, surprising Soonyoung.

"Excuse me?" he said, grabbing the remote to resume the show. Jieun shook her head before wrestling it out of his grip.

"I have to go pee."

"TMI." Soonyoung replied and scrunched up his nose in disgust. Jieun laughed, amused by his reaction and walked to the bathroom.
