What Jieun came back to was something that smelled delicious to her. This made her realise that she in fact did not eat a single thing for the past six hours. It was around midnight, so she was starving.

"Um. Is that the ramen that I bought for MYSELF, with MY own money and for MY own benefit?" Jieun asked passive-aggressively when she found Soonyoung with an instant ramen container that suspiciously looked very similar to the one she bought.

Soonyoung was literally frozen in his spot with wide eyes like a deer in headlights. Taking the bite he was going to have before Jieun interrupted him, he sheepishly turned to face the not nearly as amused girl. She glared at him with arms crossed like a disappointed mother. He had been caught red-handed.

"Haha... you were taking a while so I just thought I would help myself since there were two..." Soonyoung answered the question that was not explicitly asked but he knew Jieun expected an answer. Jieun rolled her eyes, showing she wasn't as resentful as she acted to be. It was no big deal.

"Whatever. You owe me now," she responded, shrugging her shoulders. She planted herself onto the couch after making her own ramen and mixing it with the kimchi, stirring to let out a bit of heat before blowing and taking her first bite. Letting out a sound of delightfulness, Jieun unpaused Avatar. They watched it together, taking bites of food as they stared at the fight scene that took place. The suspense was killing the two of them. It was so close.

"NO!" Soonyoung accidentally shouted when something (no spoilers guys) took place. He was distraught at the scene that took place in front of him. Jieun looked just as shocked as the other and opened her mouth in disbelief.

"I know I've seen this already but it always makes me shocked," she said when Soonyoung looked at her with a confused face.

"Yeah, I can't believe that just happened. What the hell..." he murmured. Soonyoung was also surprised he had gotten so attached within hours of watching this incredible show. This usually didn't happen, but he guessed Avatar: The Last Airbender was special. This made him respect the series deeply. The episode had ended, signalling the end of the second season. Soonyoung took a breather, eating the last bites of ramen. Jieun offered him a soda from the plastic bag and he took it, thanking her.

"You know," Soonyoung said. "This show is a masterpiece. I actually love it a lot, which is saying a lot because I literally only just started to watch it."

Jieun smiled brightly at his opinion.

"It has that effect," she explained smugly, happy he had converted to being an Avatar fan and enjoyed the show.

"It sure does." he agreed.

It was now around half-past 7 in the morning. The night had been filled with the pair binge-watching the entire three seasons of Avatar, and they still hadn't finished it. There were a few episodes until the finish, however, which made the new fan, Soonyoung, quite sad. It was a wondrous three seasons and unfortunately, it would come to an end in two/three episodes.

Jieun and Soonyoung were stone quiet as the tension built and it was about to be a hell of a battle. They took in every detail and watched with dedication. Unsurprisingly, neither one of them felt the need to fall asleep during any parts of Avatar. It was just that interesting.

"Oh shit, the boss battle's about to happen," Soonyoung said, breaking the silent barrier they had put up. Jieun squirmed in her seat, excited. She ignored the urge to close her eyes and sleep, very, very keen to watch the last few episodes that were left.

"Oh ho, this will be good." she teased, smiling to herself. Soonyoung glanced at Jieun before focusing on the events on screen. Aang, the main character and the 'avatar', was lifted into the air, surrounded by a sphere of wind as he entered the avatar state. His eyes and the blue tattoo of an arrow that defined him as part of the Air Nomads glowed vividly. A thin stream of water cycled diagonally around that same sphere Aang was encased in, as well as rocks the size of two fists and flames of a burning fire. Intimidating and powerful. It truly showed his real and raw strength at its core. And although this was definitely not the first time Soonyoung or Jieun had seen it, it still amazed them. With this kind of power, you could imagine how much destruction it would cause if in the wrong hands.
