"HAH! You losers, I won!" Jieun stood up, yelling in joy. Soonyoung, who held only one card in his hand was outraged. He smacked his remaining card down on the table.

"Alright there's no point playing anymore if I don't beat her." he said and everyone at the table gave him a 'really?' look. "I can't believe you beat me. You obviously cheated or something."

"Sore loser much?" Jieun replied, sticking her tongue out at the other. By now everyone, excluding Chan, of course, was at least a little tipsy. And with people like Soonyoung, they would bicker about stupid things the whole time. Chan betted they wouldn't remember a thing the next morning and continue sending memes to each other.

"I am not!"

Jieun shot him a skeptical look.

"You sure 'bout that sweetie?"

His outrage subsided quickly and was replaced by a small feeling of butterflies. Soonyoung felt his heart thumping faster when Jieun addressed him by his nickname. A light blush tinted his cheeks as his mind roamed far with those words.

Soonyoung wondered how in such a short amount of time Jieun managed to make him feel like this. He already knew he wanted Jieun to return his feelings, but it probably would not be possible. He quickly shook his head to get rid of the thoughts.

There was a chorus of 'oohs' as the audience sitting at the table overheard her name for Soonyoung.

"Well well Jieun, mind explaining 'sweetie'?" Yunseo questioned with a large smile plastered on her face. She rested her chin on her intertwined hands and observed the younger. She waited patiently for an answer.

Soonyoung stared at Yunseo with wide eyes, unable to defend Jieun and she was forced to respond to Yunseo's accusation.

"I swear it's nothing! We aren't together or anything! I would tell you if I was, believe me," Jieun quickly shut Yunseo down. The latter hummed in response.

"Okay, I'll believe you," she winked teasingly at Jieun, before adding, "for now."

Chan was the last person to stay awake, having not been buzzed. He watched as one by one, everyone started falling asleep. By now it was quite late. It was 1 am.

Chan had started to feel drowsy so he checked everyone to make sure they were sleeping well before lying down on a bed in the guest room to sleep. Soon, everyone was resting.

Although she didn't drink too much the night before, when she woke up the next day, she felt a piercing headache.

Jieun groaned as the pain kicked in. Although it wasn't very bad, the pain was annoying to deal with and it hurt a bit.

Jieun bit her lip as she felt the small, sharp pains of the headache. As much as she tried to replace the pain with a thought to distract her, it didn't work. She didn't want to wake someone up to give her the painkillers and endured the pain until someone woke up.

After a seemingly long couple of minutes Jieun's prayer was answered and everyone began to wake up. Her two best friends and Soonyoung felt the same ache Jieun did and complained to find the medicine. Yunseo hurried to the bathroom to deliver the pills for everyone who had a bad headache.

"G-good morning everyone," Jieun stuttered.

"Morning!" Minghao took alcohol well, so he didn't wake up with headaches, vomit. That sort of thing. Jieun envied him for that ability.

Yunseo held the small container with the paracetamol to Jieun, who gratefully took it and poured out one tablet. She popped them into her mouth with a glass of water and swallowed. It took awhile for the pain to ease up but it eventually did, and Jieun was soon back to normal.
