Jieun had woken up and realised that she hadn't checked her emails in a while, so now she was on her laptop. There wasn't really anything interesting, just a bunch of advertisements from websites she had subscribed to. Except for a particular one from an unfamiliar email Jieun didn't recognise.

It was from a man who requested a collaboration with Jieun, as he was also an artist. He wanted to create a large painting to hang on his wall at home and was a fan of Jieun's, so he decided to ask if he could collaborate on the painting with her. It was definitely a change to what she usually did when she collaborated with other artists that she was happy with doing.

They exchanged a few more emails with one another and decided to meet up at a cafe near Jieun's apartment where they would discuss the theme of the painting and plan it the next week on Wednesday. She also learnt his name.

Mun Junhwi.

It was his Korean name, as he had moved to Korea a few years ago from China. His actual name was Wen Junhui.

Soon after Jun- the shortened version of his name that he preferred to be called by- and Jieun had decided on a date to meet, there was a sound of a notification from Jieun's phone.
