Chan woke up later than the rest and walked out to the lounge in a half-asleep confusion. He looked like a mess with squinty eyes and bed hair sticking up everywhere. It was a cute sight to see for others however.

"You finally decided to join us?" Yunseo teased, laughing at Chan's morning look. He nodded sleepily and yawned.

"When did everyone else wake up?" he asked with his raspy voice. He tried to smooth his hair down with his hands, combing through his hair with his fingers.

"It's 11 am now, so around over an hour ago?"

"Ahh okay- jeez that's actually such a late time to wake up at. I should probably go back home now." Chan said, rubbing his eyes and then walking into the guest room again. Sooyun's eyes never left him until she couldn't see him.

"Sooyun~ do you have a crush on Chan?" Jieun asked, noticing the look in Sooyun's eyes. A red tint covered Sooyun's cheeks and she quickly shook her head, soon cursing herself for denying Jieun so quickly.

"N-No! I was just zoning out." she denied Jieun's words with an embarrassed face.

"Tell yourself that."

"Oh shush. It's not like you don't have a crush on S-" Jieun didn't hesitate to smack her hand over Sooyun's mouth, covering it so nothing else would come out her mouth. "Su yoor amiting et?" (so you're admitting it) although it took Jieun a few seconds to figure out her words, she glared at Sooyun when she did.

"Since when did I say so?"

Sooyun was quiet when she had nothing else to counter Jieun. Soonyoung was lucky he was a bit stupid, otherwise he would've figured out what Sooyun meant and erupted into a red mess. Jieun was glad he didn't figure it out, otherwise he might have got the wrong idea.

Unbeknownst to everyone, even Jieun, who was not consciously aware of this, Soonyoung's charms had already begun taking effect on Jieun.

"So you're ready to go?" Soonyoung asked Jieun.

"Well I didn't exactly bring anything." she replied and began to make her way towards the exit. "Oh how I missed you dearly, old friend." she murmured to the door.

Soonyoung stared at her with a concerned expression. I'm slightly worried about the type of people I'm attracted to.

"Alright, I'll see you on the group chat so you better be on or I'll find you-" Yunseo threatened jokingly, raising a fist to go with her act before laughing it off. "Love you~" Jieun winked at Yunseo and Sooyun, waving goodbye before being dragged out the door by Soonyoung.

The two were quiet on their walk back to Soonyoung's car. It was an unusual sight to see since Soonyoung was the one who was loud and hyped Jieun up. No words were passed to each other in the time they walked yet it was still a relaxed silence. The soft clatter of shoes hitting the floor was the only sound you could hear between the two. It was satisfying when no one was around to break their calm silence.

Jieun let out a small sigh as the outdoor breeze hit her, sending small chills down her spine. Good chills. She breathed in slowly, taking in the air while walking behind Soonyoung.

Soonyoung fished in his pocket for the keys to his car, heart almost dropping when he thought it wasn't in that pocket. Turns out it was, just deeper than he expected. He took it out when they reached a fair distance from his car and he pressed a button. There was a loud sound and his lights flashing for a moment signalling it had been unlocked. Soonyoung quickly sat inside his car, alongside Jieun. She once again sat beside the silver-haired male.

The car turned on and Soonyoung changed to drive before slowly turning the wheel to guide him out of his parking spot. He was soon rolling onto the streets with his smooth driving skills.

A large crashing sound was all Jieun heard the next second.
