Before I say my thank you...
Allow me to be honest with you.
Sa tenure ko sa BPO, I actually do not believe in awards anymore nor recognition.
Di na ako naniniwala sa mga ganito.
Andami kong nakitang may award wayback 15yrs ago na top and best ganito pero alam nman ng lahat na burukrasya ang dahilan ng award na un. Isang kahibangan.
Top SME namin noon natutulog sa tabi ko pa talaga TL na ako noon. Tapos makikita ko un picture sa Wall of Fame. Nakangiti pa.
Top TL mas maraming oras nawawala sa prod. Best in Ghosting dapat ang award nun eh.
Employee of the year awardee pero alam mong fave ng mayor at hindi nya daserb. (Di ko nilalahat ng awardees just sharing based on experience sa previous companies ko)
Pero sa pagkakataong ito, looking at this award. God has proven to me na hindi lahat ganun. Sa kabila ng pandemic at naka Work from Home na ako nakikita nya ako sa langit.
Champion Employee ng 2020 reminded me that hard work does pay off. Even pandemic cannot cancel Gods plan for our lives.
It was Gods grace alone. Naguumapaw na grace.
That you can become successful not because of your skills, but because of the Grace of the Lord. 🙌🏾🎉❤️.

Maraming salamat sa team ko na walang sawang nagtrabaho at nagpakahusay at nagpagod. sa dami ng mga "adjectives" nila
towards my style of leadership - un wala taung absent ng peak, no attrition, maganda adherence at productivity natin, No PMP for November and we have the most number of OTs and esp. we sustained our scores ay sapat na to shut it off.
This year I get to understand that you reap what you sow. You get what you give.
One thing I have learned in this season, walang tao na nagtanim ng orange ay nageexpect ka na aani ka ng apple. At hindi lahat pinapakinggan.
One of my faith goals to for 2020 is to have that higher level of excellence for this season. Kakailanganin ko pala talaga un dahil magkaka workfrom home set up.
Thank you sa team ko na I nilaban ang kanilang integrity kahit pedeng at napakadaling magsystem issue at mag dahilan sa work from home.. Ang sabi nila takot daw kayo saken pero mas naniniwala ako tinanim ni God un pagmamahal nyo sa trabaho. Kahit takutin ko kayo aabsent lang kayo at magreresign. Pero nandiyan kayo at nanatili. Salamat sa malasakit at pagmamahal sa trabaho sa mga customers natin. You understood what tough love is.
Thank you to the management, salamat sa rating na 4.0 Finally, justice has been served.
This 2021, I am in the spirit of high expectancy for greater things for my team, for my LOB.
Once again, I will let the Lord fight my battles, He hasn’t lost one yet.
