Tobias POV
I finish my dinner early, and go back to the dorms. Tris is there sitting on her bed reading it looks like. I sit on my bed across from her. She looks over at me. "I know you haven't been here the whole time." I say to her. I see her gulp. "Where were you?" I ask. She takes a deep breathe before she answers me. "I went to the tattoo parlor, and got a new tattoo." She says still looking at me.

"Why didn't you just say that?" I ask. "One... I didn't want anyone coming after me or following me. Second... Because of the tattoo I got." She says. Now I'm nervous, what could her tattoo be?! "Can I see it?" I asks. She nods. I move over to her bed and she move the strap of her tank top down a little. She unwraps it and there is big black ink is the abnegation symbol. "Why didn't you want anyone knowing?" I ask. "Because your supposed to forget your old faction and become your new." She says. What she's saying is true but it's impossible. "Your supposed to. But we don't, we're divergent remember." I whisper. "We can't be controlled." I say and that makes her smile and giggle a little. "But in all honesty, I haven't let go. Even though I'd like to." I say.

"And I like your tattoo." I say and she kisses me on the lips. I pull back to look deep in her grey blue eyes. "I love you tris prior." I say and her eyes glisten with tears. "I love you too tobias eaton." She says and we kiss again.
