Tobias POV
I hear a knock at the door, and I rush down to open it. "Beatrice! Hi." I say with a small smile. "Hi." She says back. "What's in the bag?" I ask her. She looks down at it and responds. "Oh just some books. So it looked like I was coming over to study." I nod and let her in. "It's nice and warm in here." She says removing her sweater. "Yea.. It's getting a big nippy out there." I say.
"So.. What should we do?" She asks taking a seat on the couch. "Well.. I did have something small in mind." I say waiting for her reaction. "Really?!" She says with some enthusiasm. "Yep! It's a surprise though." I say and she leans on me. "I figured that.." She says laughing a bit. I grin and kiss the top of her head.
I tell her I have to grab something from my room and that I'll meet her at the front door. I run up and under my bed I grab a small black box. It has a red ribbon wrapped around it. I put it on my pocket and go back down so she's not waiting. "Ready?" I ask while taking her hand. "Ready as I'll ever be!" She says with a smile.
