Chapter 56 (Mia) ( Teacher Decision)

As I get into Max 's car he asks me

" How did you sleep last night Ms . Drays ?"

" So well ." I answer Max  it is true

I slept good knowing my family knew about me and Max and also  after hearing what Max said I was very much at ease .

" I did too and I so enjoyed cuddling with you last night ."  He says with a smile I can't tell if he is being Sincere or if he is being sarcastic . But I chose he means it I don't want to fight today I just want to be happy .

I watch him put his books up I guess I must seem like I am day dreaming because Dexter walks up and says

" Earth to Mia "

" Hey good morning Dex " I say and put away my books

" So where is your gal pal ." He asks

" Oh Lee Is home so she is skipping ." I inform him

" ok that is understandable what about your other gal pal ." He asks

" Liv is going to Miss 1 st period but she will be here later " I say but with my eyes not leaving my boyfriend who is walking This way .

When he gets to me he pulls me close and kisses me . I hear even threw this passiate kiss Dexter saying

" Hi Max nice to see you both no I am not talking to you while y'all ignore me and make out in the hallway ."

In our third class for the day we give each other smiles and laugh . And of course learn . Just when we are about to be dismissed the teacher says

" Ok this week y'all will partner up and have assignmentt to do it will count as half of your grade .

So when I call your names that is who you will team up with ."

I am filled with excitement think about if me and Max was to be teamed up working with him all week truthfully we would be doing

more than work I am sure .

The teacher calls my name and I silently say Max's name in my head hoping he is who I will  be partnered with . Then the teacher says

" Brody "

I look at Max who has a mad look in his handsome face . This is my  worse night mare .

Then the teacher says

" Max and Michelle ."

No that is my worse nightmare .

Now Max face looks horrified .

When we are dismissed . Max and I walk to each other I am speechless .

He rubs my arms and says

" I will take care of it ."

He walks to the teacher as Michelle walks over to me and says

" It is the teacher decision"
and then walks out .

" Please you don't understand I can't be teamed up with her it will hurt my relationship." I hear Max say

But the teacher won't change her mind .

" I don't care about whatever teenage drama you have going on if you don't partner with her then half of your grade is 0 ." She says

We walk out I hold Max's hand I can feel how tense he is . He is really worked up .

" I won't do it " he states

" Max it counts as half of your grade you have to . " I say

He shakes his head . I think he is more tore up that he has to work with Michelle than I have to work with Brody  . Which is strange it  is like someone let He teacher in on the school gossip and she decided to put us with who ever would start the most drama.

Brody walks up with a smirk on his face which I would like to punch off .

" So Mia I am looking forward to being your partner in more ways than one ." He says

" Get the f**k out of here " Max shouts 

I grab his hand in a attempt to calm him down . He looks at me and says let's skip class and just go to the library . !!!!!!!
