I reflat iron my hair since I had helmet hair . It was the 1 st time I rode on a motorcycle . I was scared but it was fun . I called my friends for advice . Bethany is already here . She is laying in my bed eating Cheetos .
" Why are you doing your hair if you are not going on a date ." She asks me
" I want to wait for the other two to get here I don't want to explain it twice ." I answer
" That is fine you know I have to live threw you for a while , until this boy gets here." She says and rubs her belly .
Liv and Kylie come into my room . And are all smiles . It hurts to think next year will be different . But it is what it is .
" So did you call us over because of the rumors about the janitors closet ?" Kylie asks. I know my face is red and Bethany mouth is wide open . I forget about Kylie being gossip hound .
" Ok long story short yes we hooked up because I was not over him . He wants nothing more . I just feel like I went from have no kind of a relationship to a mistake kiss with Marco and then a sweet one with Pier to a great but intense confusing one with Max . So now I just want to hook up ." I say
" Like a one night stand ? " Liv asks
" No I don't want to have sex just make out with someone who I really don't know or like no strings " I state
" That shouldn't be hard " Bethany says and laughs
" If someone would have told me this time last year you be wanting to hook up I wouldn't believe them ." Kylie says and we all laugh
I am reminded of why I changed this time last year I found out I didn't get in to PRINCTION.
" What is bring on this wanting to hook up the whole Janitors closet thing ." Bethany asks
"No I want to be over Max but nothing serious and also I met this boy in Detention." I say
Kylie bust out laughing and says
" Sorry just never thought a sentence like that could come from sweet Mia ."
" Anyways he gave me a ride on his Motorcycle . " I say
All three of my friends mouths fly open .
" Wait is this the new boy ?" Kylie asks
" Yea Brody Jensen " I inform them
" Michelle and them have a bet who can hook up with him 1 st ." Kylie says
" Oh well I don't stand a chance then ." I say
All three of my sweet friends say " No"
" I am sure you have just as good as chance of any of them " Kylie says
"I don't even know if I want to hook up with him I just want someone , I just like riding on his bike like something I would never do ." I say
" Mia you have done more in the last year than you did in your life " Liv says and she is right
" You know what I am just going to see how things go if something kinda of happens then good if not fine I am going to start living in the moment ." I say
" Just know some things happen when you live in the moment ." Bethany says and rubs her belly
My mother knocks at my door .
" Hey a teacher Mathis is down stairs for you . " she says and walks out
Every one of my friend expressions is strange and they all say " Mia " in concern
I put my hand up and walk down think what could he be doing here .
I walk into the den where he is waiting .
" Hey I was bringing you these papers " he says and then folds his arms
" Thank You . If that is it all I have some of my girl friends up stairs ." I say in attempt to make him leave .
" Of course Mia ,but I have to ask you . " he says
I feel nervous , This whole situation is out of control he should not be coming to my house .
" I heard a rumor about you and the closet ." He says
" Mr . Mathis it is true but I don't think we should talk about it I was with my ex and things just got whatever I did detention . I really don't think it should still be haunting me around . " I say
I don't know exactly why but I am very annoyed by him .
" I am so sorry I thought we was friends and we could talk about it if you wanted to. Mia last year you helped me so much I thought I could help you out over this . The fact that the whole school knows has to be hard ." He says
" I understand and we are friends but I been talking to my girlfriends I appreciate your concern and I will see you in school ok ." I say
When I get to my room the girls ask me all kinds of questions I try to answer them but Mr. Mathis behavior is a mystery to me .!!!!!!!!
