Chapter 50: Plan put into action

Daryl's POV:  

The plan was simple. We would take at least two of her officers and make a trade with her to get Kaley and Carol back. Noah knew if he got into a close range of the hospital and fired some shots they would come. Michonne, Carl, Judith, and Gabriel were staying back. After we got Kaley and Carol back we were going to start towards D.C. We started the drive towards the city. "This is close enough" Noah said. "Ok" Rick said. We went off to the side and Noah fired his gun a few times. "Stop there Noah" I heard one of them say threw the intercom. Two different cops got out and began to tie Noah's hands behind him. "Where are those biters you were shooting at" One of them asked. Noah whistled and we popped out of our spots. "Put your guns on the ground and kneel" Rick said. The officers did as he said and got on there knee's. "You have two of our people so all we want to do is trade" Rick said as me and him zip tied there hands behind them. "I have no idea what your talking about" one of them said. "Carol and Kaley. You gonna tell me ya never heard of em. Hell two of your guys hit Carol with a car then took her" I said. "We saved them. Kaley. She is the one who was lying in the road. Didn't even no anyone was with her" the other one said. "What are there names" Sasha asked looking at Noah. "The woman is Officer Shepard. The other one is Officer Lamson." Noah said. Then another car pulled up and was firing at us. Lamson and Shepard jumped in the car and drove away. Sasha shot the tire and we all chased after the car. We found the car but it was empty. There was an old RV and I looked around it seeing if I could see anything. I had to step over many walker bodies. Some were still chomping. Then someone jumped out in front of me and pushed me down. It wasn't one of the ones before it was there get away driver. He was pushing me towards one of the nearby walkers. He was about my size. I reached behind me and felt a walker. I put my fingers in the sockets of its eyesz and ripped its head off. I hit the man in the head with it. I backed up and stood up. "You win asshole" He said. I looked over and Rick was about to put him down. The other to were already with them. "Rick don't" I said catching my breath. "You sure" he said looking at me. "Ya plus three is better then two" I said before picking up my bow and walking to the truck. We drove to a nearby parking garage and decided we would wait there till we put the plan into any further action. "Dawn will go through with it. She has to. She can't lose three officers" Shepard said.  "We lost Gorman and another one because that one girl, Kaley, tried to get out. Apparently Gorman was touching her and she didn't like it" Shepard said. "Well ya she ain't gonna like it. She has no idea who the hell this Gorman guy was and she is fucking gay. He deserved it" I said getting slightly pissed off by this girl. "She took down two of out people to get out. Then only got him out" the one who tried to kill me a few minutes ago said. "We can kill every last one of ya if we want to. All we need you two for is to get them two back. After that we could light your asses up if we wanted to" I said walking over to him. "Try" he said. I had enough and punched him. He passed out and I was satisfied for now. "Sorry about them both. They don't work well under pressure" Lamson said. I looked at him and walked away. I looked out the window and was hoping to see the hospital in the distance. I couldn't. "We can fire some shots. Send two more out to look her main ones. They will talk to her about the deal. She will go with it. 

Kaley's POV: I was sitting in my room. I had become Dawn's ward. Since Noah was gone someone needed to take his place. I was restocking the medicine cabinet when I heard the doors swing open. I knew I was gonna be called. However as I got closer I was shocked. I saw the women laying passed out on the stretcher. It was Carol. "We got this one Kaley" Edwards said walking passed me. I nodded and went back to my room. I knew they were close. They were in range so these guys found her. Was Kass with her is Kass here to. My thoughts got the best of me and all I could think about was my lost sister and girlfriend. 

Kass's POV: We got back to the church however Michonne, Carl, Judith, and Gabriel were all standing outside. Walkers were about to break out so Abraham drove the truck right next to the doors breaking the porch. I didn't see Rick, Daryl or anyone else. We all climbed out of the truck. Eugene was still passed out in the back. Carl came to hug me. We greeted everyone. I looked around before focusing on the church. "Where is Daryl and everyone" I said. Michonne smiled and walked over to me. "Kaley is alive. Some kid Noah is bringing Daryl and the others to her now" she said "She is" Beth said walking up to us. "Do we know where she is" I asked over joyed. "Grady Memorial Hospital" she said. "Let's get out of here. Go find your sister and your girlfriend" Rosita said. We nodded and went to get in the truck again. "Why are you guys back" Michonne stopped me right before I got in. "He lied he can't stop it" Michonne looked just as disappointed as we did. She nodded and we climbed into the truck. I was so excited to finally get my sister back.
