Chapter 66: Trapped

I was in shock after watching the tower fall. I saw Rick shooting at some so I decided to try and help. I ran at him and so did Deanna. We tried to shoot whatever we could when Deanna fell. Rick grabbed her and signaled to get back. We started running back when we crossed paths with Carl, Michonne, Gabriel, and Ron. "Good your safe" Rick said. We started to shoot to find a way to a house when we got cut off by more walkers. Suddenly there was gunfire coming from a house. "Come on I have Judith" Jessie yelled. We all ran to her house and shut and locked the door behind us. We rushed Deanna upstairs and laid her down in one of the bedrooms. Jessie went to talk to Sam cause he was obviously terrified. I had no idea who was still alive or who had died. Looking out the window the streets were filled with them. "How she doing" Rick said walking in. "Good. I'm almost done" Michonne said pausing. I looked over and saw the bite mark on her side. "Well.. Shit" Deanna said knowing what was happening. I looked at Rick and Michonne before looking again out the window. 

I decided to walk down stairs because I haven't seen Carl and Ron in a while. I all the sudden hear screaming from them in another room that leads outside. I run over to try to open the door but it's locked. Soon Rick and Jessie are also there to help me get the door open. "Back up" Rick said taking out his axe and hitting the lock on the door multiple times until it broke. Ron and Carl ran out and walkers filled the small room. Gabriel and Michonne had brought the couch to prop against the door to prevent the walkers from getting in. "What happened" Rick asked. "We were looking for tools and the broke threw the the fence. "We heard yelling" Michonne said. "Yeah Ron saw them break through the fence we had to move" Carl said. "Carl there is some stuff in my moms room we can use" Ron said. Carl nodded. "We heard fighting" Jessie said. "We were fighting them" Ron said walking away. "Carl it's ok" Rick asked. "It's ok" he said walking with Ron to his moms room. We all looked at each other and really didn't know if we should believe them or not. We finally got the room barricaded enough so they wouldn't break in as easily. Carl and Ron had returned with some stuff and it was working. Rick had went upstairs to check on Deanna and Judith. They knew that soon Deanna would turn. Suddenly a window broke in the living room. Walkers began to flood inside. "Grab the couch and barricade the stairs. We take cover up there" Rick said. Michonne and Carl moved the couch and we ran upstairs. "We need to find a way out soon" Jessie said. "Michonne you get that one. I got this one. Gabriel were going to need sheets enough for all of us" Rick said. Michonne and Rick each killed one walkers and brought them over the couch. "What are we doing" Jessie asked. "We are going to put the sheets one and cover them with walker guts. Then we will walk out there." Rick said. "What" Jessie said confused. "It makes us smell like them. I've done it before. So had Michonne and Kass" Rick said. "It works" Michonne said. Jessie nodded and put the sheet on over her head. Everyone started to do this when Sam walked in. "Mom" he asked confused. "Sam you have to be brave. This is how we survive Sam" Jessie said. He hesitantly nodded and let his mom put the sheet over him and cover it with guts. We had already talked to Deanna and she wanted to stay there. Carl had Judith under his sheet. We walked out and the walkers didn't even suspect that we were alive. We were able to walk right passed like usual. We got out to the porch and saw all the walkers flooding the streets. We all interlocked hands and began the long walk to the armory. I was terrified that Judith would cry or Sam would freak out. Rick had a plan to get the walkers out. But what if it all went wrong. 

Hi. This chapter is a lot shorter then the ones I usually wright. This is more of a filler chapter just to cover what is happening. Next chapter is going to be longer and more action packed and you will get to see what happened to some people. Thank you, Jordan <3
