i was big into this show before future

I've been trying to work this song into being a DC song for awhile

I'm thinking maybe DC is slowly realizing the main five dating him is dangerous because it'll put them in danger 

Also the line 'you don't need this/you don't need me' is such a DC thing 

Maybe this is before he takes an extended stay in Washington 'cuss it's keeping the main five safe
