DC Headcanon's 3: Now with 10 Percent More Angst

Enough angst, more DC 'adopting' Susan

DC brings Susan to the Statehouse a lot when they're having a particularly bad time in Texas

Susan has bright green eyes and short blonde hair that they like to dye various colors

They have introduced DC to the wonders of thrift shopping

Okay but

One time Susan has called DC 'dad'

The first time it was an accident but Susan will occasionally call DC 'dad'

DC didn't know how to react to this, he didn't think he was worthy of being a dad

Texas is 'papa' 

Look Texas has taught Susan how to use his guns before because 

a) Susan typically lives all alone in his farm, and that's a scary thing

b) Their parents are still out there and threatening to bring them back

They babysit Anna when the main six adopt her a lot

There's really no jealous there either, Susan is forever grateful for their dad and loves their little sister
