Do you think DC sees the laws states are trying to pass about trans kids and just...dies inside 

Like.....they get on his desk, and he's reading through them and his brain is screaming because it's just so wrong 

IDC and Gov, bless them, try to keep the laws off his desk but they always end up on there

And DC wants to help, but that'd be outing himself and because he mostly has to stay closeted back in Washington all he can do is try and help but he feels useless and it just sends him spiraling 

All he wants to do is protect those kids so they don't have to go through what he (currently) is going through
