DC was small as a kid because of the abuse and neglect
Obviously he has a problem with food because his father used it as a punishment so he didn't have enough
People when IDC started taking care of him honestly didn't think they were twins
DC hit his growth spurt around fourteen because by then IDC and him were living on their own
It happened slowly, slow enough that DC just didn't notice it at first
Then one day he's crying because none of his pants fit and he's a good foot over IDC (he's about 5'9 I decided)
DC makes himself small whenever he's in distress
I'm willingly to be anyone any amount of money that the alt-right cult members of Congress have shut DC and IDC down anytime during meetings and such
They've probably tried to get them removed so many times
