Do you think DC like....tried to subtly tell the others he was in distress those last few weeks of 2020 and early 2021?

He didn't want to tell the others because he didn't want to worry them, he was praying they'd asked

So he did small thinks like maybe look a little more unkempt or put his flag pin upside down stuff like that

Tbh even if they asked unless they dragged it out of him I doubt he'd say anything
