Series 4 Chapter 21
"You ready?"
Hadrian looked over at Draco who stood next to him, the blonde grabbed his hand. Hadrian took a deep breath.
"I've been preparing for it for years yet somehow it doesn't calm my nerves." He told him.
Draco smiled dryly, "Just don't let those nerves get in the way, I'm not letting you die on me."
"And I'm not letting you die on me."
"Can you two cram it with the mushy gushy stuff?" Hedriel drawled.
"You're just jealous that you don't have you're girlfriend with you." Hadrian retorted.
"I wish that Ginny could've stayed with us at the Manor." The girl pouted, "I don't get why Draco can and she can't."
"Because I'm perfect and she's questionable." Draco stated.
Hadrian rolled his eyes, "More like you're just getting to stay there because you'll be there every single day training with the inner circle. Ginny's neutral, she wouldn't be allowed in the place."
"She's on our side though." Hadriel protested.
"Enough, Ginny's staying with the twins, we'll see them soon enough. Besides, I'm pretty sure the only reason that father okayed Draco staying at the Manor was a, because he'd already be there everyday, and b, because he and I are already basically engaged."
"Ever plan on making that a reality?" Draco asked teasingly.
Hadrian shrugged, "Who knows."
Draco rolled his eyes.
"It's not fair." Hadriel pouted, looking out the window at the moving scenery.
"The final battle is planned to take place a week from now Hadriel," Hadrian reminded her, "We should be focused on training and not our romantic needs."
"Yes." Draco agreed, wrapping his arms around Hadrian's waist and pulling him onto his lap.
Hadriel scoffed, "And it's not like you two are going to be having sex every night."
"We're not." Hadrian declared, slapping a hand over Draco's mouth to prevent him from saying any sex jokes, "I'm banning it until after the war."
"Why?" Draco asked, his voice barely comprehensible due to Hadrian's hand.
"Because if you're sore you won't be able to train as hard." He said, removing his hand.
"So?"
"So, I'm not having my future husband die."
Draco smirked, "I knew it."
Hadriel groaned, "I wish Ginny were here!"
When they got to KingsCross station they apperated to Slytherin Manor, appearing in the arrival room as usual.
"And they're back!"
