The Real Truth
Series 1 Chapter 20

Hogwarts had started back up again and Harry's mood took an upturn. Ron and Hermione knew about him and Draco -even though Ron was being a total git about it-, the dreams had stopped, and Harry had been passing all his classes with high grades, even potions. Harry hadn't even revived a single detention, and it was a month into the new term. The only bad thing was the upcoming owls, which Hermione made sure Harry was consistently studying for. Harry had been doing well up until his History of Magic exam, when his scar started to hurt. He held his hand to it, trying to focus on his test, but then the pain spread through this head. His vision got foggy then he blacked out.

Hermione looked over just in time to see Harry fall to the floor, she gasped. "Professor! Harry's passed out!"

People started whispering as Binns quickly flew over.

When Harry awoke he found himself in the hospital wing, he bolted up.

"Harry!" Dumbledore was at his side, "My boy what happened?"

"They've got Sirius! I-In the department of Mysteries! Voldemort has Sirius!" Harry tried to get out of bed but Dumbledore held him in.

"Harry stay here, I'll alert the order."

Dumbledore made his way out, Ron, Hermione, Neville, and Luna -they shared the class with the Ravenclaws- appeared at Harry's side.

"They won't get there in time. I have to shadow there." Harry hastily got out of the bed, relived not to see Madam Promphy anywhere.

"We'll come with you." Hermione said.

"I don't know if I can shadow others..."

"You can, we all just have to be holding one another." Luna told him.

"I'm not gonna even question how you know that, c'mon."

Harry let them into the corridor and into a big shadowed area.

"Ready?" They all nodded.

Harry group shadowed them all into the department of mysteries.

He took off, looking at the numbered rows. Though when he reached the one he saw in his vision, Sirius wasn't there.

"Spread out, he has to be here somewhere." Harry told them.

They broke apart.

"Hey, Harry?"

"Yeah Ron?"

"This one has your name on it."

Harry walked over and looked at the ball Ron was pointing at. Sure enough, under the stand the prophecy sat on, was the name in gold, 'Harry Potter'. He picked it up and it glowed a bit at his touch. Harry saw himself, not with his glamour, not without the glamour and the blood adoption, but himself. Full on Hadrian. His hair was wavey and fell to his shoulders, his skin was about two times paler, he didn't have his glasses, his eyes were practically glowing as if the killing curse was being cast within them, and his scar, more prominent then it had ever been before. Harry watched as Hadrian became Harry, watched as Dumbledore appeared and took him, watched as Harry had a standoff with Voldemort. But he was shocked when he lowered his wand and became Hadrian again. All his life, Dumbledore had told him he was to kill Voldemort. All his life, this was a lie.
