Clarke P.O.V
We went back inside, and texted everyone that Camilo was back and safe. They responded back with an okay, and that they were heading home. As we walked in Charlotte came downstairs followed by Monty and Jasper. Charlotte hadn't seen much of Camilo since he came home from the hospital, and was now smiling at the sight of her brother.
"Cam!" She yelled and rushed to hug him like she had done many times before.
Camilo still didn't remember her, but already knew that Charlotte was his sister, so he returned the hug."Hey munchkin." Munchkin, that was one of Camilo's names for her. I asked myself if he remembered or if it had just felt right for him to say it.
Charlotte pulled away still smiling at her brother,"Do you want to play Monopoly?"
Camilo smiled at her, "Sure."
I felt a pang of sadness. He almost seemed like he did remember her, but I knew he didn't. He didn't remember her, his mother, Octavia, me. He didn't remember anyone. Monty walked up with him, hands on his hips.
"How dare you young man worry us like that." He said as Jasper shook his head in mock disappointment.
Jasper spoke next."Your punishment is...." He tapped his chin as if he was thinking,"no dessert." I smiled and Octavia laughed. Camilo smiled and shook his head at them.
"Okay grandpa." Monty scrunched his nose and doubled over. In a terrible old man voice he said,"That's Mister Grandpa to you. you rascal." Octavia bent over in laughter. I looked over to him to see he like me was smiling. All while Charlotte looked at all of us as if we were a different species. Which to be honest we probably were. Charlotte dragged Camilo off to play Monopoly, leaving Octavia, Monty, Jasper, Bellamy and me in the living room. We all looked after them until they had disappeared from sight.
"Sooo he still doesn't remember anything?" Jasper asked.
I shook my head,"Nothing."
"How long do you think we can put off telling him about his mom?" Monty asked.
"We shouldn't." Bellamy said seriously. "It's his mom, he should know." They all looked at Bellamy curiously. He hadn't particularly been worried about Camilo and they weren't really friends before the accident, so everyone most likely found this opinion a bit strange. I didn't though, because I knew he was thinking of his own mother, and what he would like his friends to do if he was in Camilo's place. Bellamy had been close to the age of three when she died from giving Octavia birth, but he remembered the whole situation. If Bellamy had to choose between being told his mother was ill, and having that kept a secret from him he would choose the first one.
"Bellamy's right, Camilo does have a right to know his mother's condition." I told them.
Octavia sighed then nodded in agreement."Oh okay, but how and who is gonna tell him?" I looked around our little group, no one volunteered. I understood why, I myself didn't want to tell him. To cause him that large amount of pain, of which he would surely feel. As I was just about to say that I would do it, Bellamy let out an exasperated breath,"I'll tell him." Again they all looked at him as if he had been replaced by an alien. Octavia then marched up to him and grabbed his face, turning it as if to inspect him.
"He's a clone! I'm sure of it! There's no way this is my big brother." Bellamy jerked his head from his sister's grasp, rolling his eyes.
"Ha, ha. That was hilarious O.'"
Octavia put her hands up in defense."What? It's not my fault you are acting like you actually care about Camilo."
Bellamy looked at his sister with a scowl."He's not my friend why should I care about him? And just because I think he should know about his mother doesn't mean we are going to be the best of buddies." Bellamy then turned to me before his sister could say anything else."When should I tell Camilo?"
I shrugged."I don't know, but you should tell him soon. Before he starts asking questions, and he finds out about his mother from somebody else."
Bellamy nodded."Okay I will." I was suddenly reminded about the box I had taken from my own mother's bedroom. The box had made me curious for an unknown reason since it seemed like just a box, and I wanted to show it to them.
"I'll be right back guys, I need to go get something real quick." I went upstairs to retrieve the box from my bedroom. I grabbed the box from where I had left it and headed downstairs.
"What'd you get?" Jasper asked.
I held up the box."This."
Jasper drew his eyebrows together and pinched the bridge of his nose."A box?"
"Yep." I answered, popping the p. I sat down in between Bellamy and Octavia on the couch."When I was looking for the key to Camilo's room in my mother's nightstand drawer, This was in their too. I don't know why, but I got really curios and I took it." They were all looking at the box. Monty and Jasper were leaning over us to see it.
"Do you know what's in it?"Octavia asked.
I shook my head."No I didn't have time to look through it before, since we had to find Camilo."
"Then open it." She said. Before I could answer, Monty spoke up.
"She can't."
Octavia glanced at Monty with a challenging look in her eye."And why can't she?"
"It has a lock, genius." Monty pointed at the small black lock on the front of the box, that I hadn't noticed before. Octavia took the box out of my hand and squinted at the lock.
"Pft. I can get that off in less than a minute."
I raised a questioning eyebrow at her.
She simply responded by saying,"Bellamy taught me how to pick a lock when I was nine. It really comes in handy."
Now I looked at Bellamy with an incredulous expression on my face.
Bellamy just shrugged."I wanted her to be prepared for any situation."
I laughed,"Well okay then."
"Hey Clarkie can I see the box real quick?" Monty asked. I nodded and handed him the dark wooden box. He turned it around in his hands inspecting it and then looked underneath it.
"It has initials?"He said then turned the bottom part up, revealing two black initials. They seemed to seep into the box.
K.R.
As I ran my fingers along the letters, I wondered what they stood for. Karen Raigars? Kent Rie? Kodie Rif? The possibilities were endless.
"Do you know anybody with these initials?" Bellamy asked. I shook my head.
"No." We stared at the mysterious initials in silence, thinking of what they could stand for.
"So........ Can I open it?" Octavia asked. I debated the idea for probably longer than I should have.
"No we can't. It's invading my mother's privacy." I said.
Octavia groaned,"Come on Clarkie, you can't jut show us this box and expect us not to want to know what's in it."
"Yeah Clarkie, I gots to know what's in it now." Jasper complained.
"Please Clarkie, you know how curious I am." Monty begged.
I turned to Bellamy."What do you think?"
"I think you should open it or else the curiosity going to really bug you." Bellamy answered, receiving cheers from everybody else,"But,"
"Oh no a but." Jasper said dramatically. Bellamy rolled his eyes and continued."But if you don't think it's the right thing to do then don't do it."
"Oh boo!" Octavia whined along with Monty and Jasper.
I smiled at their childishness."Okay then, I'm going to put it back in my mom's room."
"Aw shucks." Octavia said in her best country accent. I stood from the couch and went to put it back in the drawer. When I came down Camilo was sitting on one of the recliners, and Charlotte was leaning against it. Monty and Jasper were squeezed into the other recliner and they were watching 2 Fast 2 Furious. The Fast and Furious movies were some of my favorites, so I plopped back down onto the couch in the middle of Bellamy and Octavia. During the movie I snuggled into Bellamy, he had his arm wrapped around me and leaned his head against mine. When the movie ended Monty and Jasper headed home, while Octavia and Bellamy decided to say. I realized we hadn't talked about the fingers, but I didn't want to bring it up. The four of us(Camilo, Octavia, Bellamy, and I), tucked Charlotte into bed. This time Bellamy told a story about a Space Princess forced to vacate her space station and go to Earth. Along with her were 99 warriors, and one who wasn't a warrior, and yet he was. He was a mysterious rebel who rose up to be a leader. Together they led the warriors through struggles and finally made Earth their kingdom. Through the story they slowly found the strength and love in each other and they at the end lives happily ever after, with their 99 warriors which were more like their big family. When Bellamy had finished the story we all have her a kiss on the forehead, including Camilo. Octavia climbed in the bed with Charlotte and as I walked out I heard her say,"Octavia, all of us are like the warriors we're a family right?"
Octavia yawned."Yep, Clarke is the Princess and Bellamy is the rebel leader." I smiled as I walked down the attic stairs. I said goodnight to Camilo, and Bellamy and I climbed into my bed. We curled up under the covers in each others arm. He hugged me to us chest and my arms circles his waist.
"Night Princess."
"Night rebel." I said. He chuckled, and kissed the top of my head. My eyes closed and I was soon fast asleep.
I sat cross legged on the couch, sunlight brightening the room. I watched a show that I didn't recognize. There was sound of music coming from upstairs. It sounded like a music box. Like the ones with the ballerina in the middle. I trailed upstairs cautiously. Ot was coming from my mothers bedroom. I creaked open the door. No one was in there and light flooded through the curtains. It was brighter than the living room. The music was louder in here, and it was coming from.....
I listened intently trying to figure out were the sound came from, I turned my head to the left. It was coming from the nightstand. I opened the drawer, and pulled out the wooden box which had the initials K.R. I put my ear on the box, but there was no more sound coming from it. That's weird.
"Krista." I heard a whisper say. Where had I heard that name before? That's when I heard a laugh come from Camilo's room. I put the box back and headed to his room. I turned the knob slowly and opened the door.
Suddenly out of nowhere a pure white horse-
No it wasn't a horse it was a unicorn? Yeah it was a majestic white unicorn galloped in with Camilo riding it.
"Audios Bitchachos!"He saluted and galloped out of the window, leaving me as confused as I ever bee-
I sat up abruptly. What the fuck was that?
A/N Hey, so kinda a weird ending but... oh well! That last part with the unicorn and the Audios Bitchachos was the idea of @TrustBellarkeForever . Ot didn't have the humor I hoped for cuz or sounded kinda serious at first but I guess it's fine. Oh and I keep forgetting to put in a disclaimer, so here it is.
Disclaimer:I *sighs dramatically* Don't. Own. Own. The 100. All credit goes to the writers, Kass Morgan and the rest of them.
*Goes cry in the corner*
But the story line(99% of it)and Camilo are mine, so yay.
