Pride.
I was always prideful, with my eyes never touching the ground and my heart as hard as a stone.
I hope I could say the words, could tell him that "I'm sorry" and acknowledge my fault, but I couldn't.
It's like I was blinded by my pride, ignoring the guilt and hardening my heart as I watch him apologize for a fight that wasn't his fault.
He was sweet and kind, like every other lover you would find in every relationship and there was me.
Prideful.
We all have our own personal grievances to each other, have blamed and pushed the fault unconsciously, and still with all of those things, we managed to fell into a sweet swamp of honey.
I guess relationships are like that, just trying to balance the good and bad memories and eventually taking a choice whether to continue or end it.
