Secret

I sat in rekis living room with him and we watched tv. He cleared his throat and got up. "I'll be back in a minute." He said and walked off. I focused on the tv again and his little sister looked up at me. "Langa, can I tell you a secret?" She whispered while cupping her hands near her mouth.

I nodded and put my hair behind my ears. "Reki said he thinks you're pretty, and that you have a cute accent." I blushed and rubbed my neck. "He likes my accent?" I asked quietly and she nodded, a cheeky smile on her face. "I heard him talking to someone, but you can't tell anyone." She put her finger up to her lips and I nodded.

She hurried off to her room and reki walked back in. I looked at him and hid a smile behind my hand. "You like my accent, huh?" I said and his eyes peeked up from behind his phone. "What?" He looked embarrassed and I leaned on the back of the couch. "And you think I'm pretty?" I teased him and he flushed bright red. "No." He mumbled and I leaned closer to him. "Do you think I'm ugly?"

I pretended that I was hurt and he freaked out. "No, no! Langa you're not ugly. You're really pretty and Uh, cute and sometime you're really handsome. Oh my god what am I saying?" He laughed nervously and I stared at him. "Should I talk more? Since you like my accent so much." He covered his face and let out a loud breath. "Langa, please stop." He said and I was so amused by how he was reacting.

"How about when I talk in english?" I asked and he stared at me. "Do you still like it?" I said in english and he flushed darker than before. "Do you like me?" I said softly in english and he closed his eyes, shaking his head. "Ahh, please stop talking." I took his hands away from his face and my hair fell out from behind my ears.

I looked at him and held his wrist loosely. "Do you want to go to your room?" He nodded quickly and I dragged him down the hall to his room. I shut the door and leaned against it. I grabbed the sides of rekis face and pulled him close to me. He relaxed against my chest and looked in my eyes.

I felt his skin burning underneath my hands and I felt my own face heating up. "Can I kiss you?" I breathed out and he nodded. I pulled his face to mine and kissed him softly, loosening my grip on his face. I relaxed and he wrapped his arms around the back of my neck. He took over and kissed me a little rougher.

We stumbled over to his bed and I sat down. He crawled on the bed next to me and we struggled to stay in one position. I pulled back from him and leaned back against the wall. "What else do you like about me?" I asked and he looked in my eyes, shyly.

"Uh, I think you're lips are nice. They taste good. And. And-" he choked up and looked embarrassed. "And um, you're hair is really soft and I like how cold your hands are." I smiled and hugged him tightly, I knocked him down on the bed and squeezed him tight. I heard him laugh in my ear and I relaxed ontop of him.

"Have I ever told you how perfect you are?" I asked and he froze in my arms. "No." He said nervously and I played with his fluffy hair. "Well you are reki. I wish I could be like you." I let out a quiet breath and loosened my grip on him. "You bright up the room and you can talk to anyone that you want and your hair is so cool, how do you get it so fluffy? And- and your smile is just awesome, it makes me so happy, god you're just perfect."

He sniffled and I lifted my head. "Reki?" He covered his face and cried lightly. "Shut up Langa." He said and smiled weakly. He wiped his face and his lip quivered. I watched him and he looked at me with teary eyes. "Have you never been told that before?" I asked and he shook his head. "No, it felt nice."

I smiled and pulled my legs up to my chest, setting my head on my knees. "You're pretty." I reached out to touch his hair and he leaned into the touch. He curled up next to me and I put my arm around him. "Are we dating?" I asked and reki took a second. "Do you want to?" He glanced at me and I nodded without hesitation.
