My valentine <3

I waited outside of langas classroom and held a small box of chocolates for him. A bunch of people walked out and peeked my head in. Langa was cleaning up his things and I walked over to him. I peeked over his shoulder and smiled. "Hi Langa." I chirped and he looked at me, smiling slightly. "Do you know what today is?" I asked and he looked a little embarrassed before nodding.

I sat down in the seat beside him and glanced down at our knees as they bumped. I set the box on my lap and chewed at my lip for a moment. "So I was wondering." I whispered and glanced around.

The teacher slowly got up and left and I turned back to Langa. "What were you wondering?" He smiled and looked in my eyes, his hand naturally finding its place right above my knee. I smiled back and glanced down. "Do you have a valentine?" I asked under my breath and he moved his hand up my leg just to my mid thigh before shaking his head. I carefully grabbed the chocolates and set them in his lap.

"Do you have a valentine?" He asked and I slowly shook my head. The lunch bell rang and we looked at each other. "Do you want to be my valentine?" I asked and he looked down, his hair falling out from behind his ear. "Mhmm." He hummed and nodded softly. I smiled and placed my hand nervously on the side of his face, lifting his face up.

He had a light blush on his face and I brought him closer, hugging him loosely. "Did you just ask me out?" he whispered into my neck and I nodded softly, moving my hands up and down his back soothingly. "Yeah and you said yes." I mumbled and he leaned closer to me. "Are we dating now?" He asked and lifted his head up. He smiled and my face flushed a bit.  "Um if you want our anniversary to be on Valentine's Day."

I chuckled a bit and glanced down at our hands, that at some point, found each other. "It's alright, just makes the day more romantic." He whispered and leaned closer to me. I smiled and met him halfway. "Mh I suppose you're right." I squeezed his hand right before he kissed my cheek and I relaxed in him. "Now let's go eat lunch, I'm starving." I whispered and pecked right by his ear. "Hmm sounds good."
