I glanced outside at Kojiro and sighed before walking over to him. I sat on the chair beside him and he looked over at me. "3 days." I mumbled to myself and he nodded, smiling softly. "Yeah, I'm so excited, it's too bad you can't get a vacation." I nodded and looked over the balcony. "Aw you're going to miss me." He chimed and I shook my head. "As of, why would I ever miss you?" Kojiro smiled at me and I looked around his face.

"Because you love me." He said kicking his leg a little. I couldn't help but smile a little and he sighed. "I do not love you." I said tersely and he looked in my eyes. "I'm sure." I smiled and chewed at the corner of my mouth. "But youre still going to miss me." I shrugged. "Maybe, maybe not." He got up and poked the back of my neck. "Give up Kaoru." He chimed from inside and I bit my lip, staring at the sky.

I woke up that morning and my stomach twisted a little. I sighed and rubbed my eyes. Those three days passed too fast. I got up and walked out into the living room. Kojiro was in the kitchen making something and I eyed the suitcase sitting in the hallway. I sat on the couch and glanced over a Kojiro, a sour taste in my mouth. "When are you leaving?" I mumbled and he looked up from the stove. "Uh soon, just finishing this and then I'm off." He smiled softly and I gave him a flat look.

I sat there until he finished and he walked over, wiping his hands off with a towel. "I made you a bunch of food to last the week, so you don't starve while I'm gone. There's more than enough in there." He told me what to do and how heat them all up and I just stared at him. I sat up a little and he pushed my hair to the side. "Youre an absolute mess." He chuckled and I glanced down.

He pulled my messy hair into my ponytail and I got up. "Okay we get it, you're leaving. Stop drawing it out." I pushed him to the front door and he looked at me. "Youre just trying to push me out like this? Geez I knew you didn't like me but this is pushing it to a whole new level." I looked down and my heart ached a little. Oh my god don't cry. You're so stupid. It's only a week you idiot.

"Alright well, since I'm clearly not wanted anymore, I'll get going." He joked and I kept my head down, helping him out the door. "Kaoru, don't just sit inside all week, go out and have some fun." I nodded and quickly wiped my face before looking up at him. "Have fun." I said and he looked at me with a weird look. "Um alright, you're acting weird, what's going on?" He paused in the doorway and I stared at him. "Nothing. Just tired." He eyed me and walked up to me, holding my face. He pushed the little fly aways out of my face and I pouted a little.

"Youre going to miss me?" He said half a question, half a statement and shook my head. "No." I mumbled and he hugged me. "I'm not." I said sternly and he chuckled. "I'm gonna miss you too." I rolled my eyes and looked to the side. "Bye Kaoru." He whispered and placed a kiss on my cheek. I stared at him as my face grew hot. I had a disgruntled look on my face and he smiled cheekily. "See you soon." I nodded and shut the door in his face.
