5.One Style Final

14.July - Monday

Soon enough, their camp week was over and they returned home enjoying a week of vacation and rest for a few days until they'd have to restart practice once more.

In no time, it was less than a week until the tournament.

As they met for practice at the pool, Gou timed them, all improving their times.

"Wow, Nayna, your plan sure did help. Everyone beat their personal bests. Even Rei's form got smoother."

"Let's just hope it will only get better." She said with a smile.

Their practice for the day soon ended and they all parted to go home.

Nayna and Gou went together shopping for a bit, still talking about the training not noticing from across the road, two males walking.

The short silver-haired boy noticed them.

"Matsuoka-senpai, isn't that your sister?"

"Hm?" Said the taller one looking over at his sister "Yeah..."

"Who's that with her?"

"Huh? No way...She's their new member?" He said rather surprised at the sight of the white haired girl. "Heard from Gou she's actually a great swimmer." He said, his red eyes lingering over the girl until they entered into a shop. "Guess, I'll watch the women's IM too." He said with a smirk.

Next day, at school, they met on the roof for lunch, the only one missing being Gou.

"And then, Rei-chan plunged forward over his desk like he was diving in the pool only to wake up in class." Laughed Nagisa telling the others about their classes.

"Nagisa-kun, please stop telling everyone that!" Said Rei blushing.

"Why not? It was funny." Said the blonde confused.

"Because it's embarrassing!"

Suddenly the door opened and Gou came out.

"Everyone, I printed out the pictures from our training camp." She said sitting before them pulling out from the paper bag a stack of photos.

They all looked through the pictures happily, Nayna looked up from her book at them amused only to return to what she was reading when one of the pictures flew up with the wind, Gou trying to catch it but it got too high.

Noticing the paper flying above them, Nayna jumped up, catching the above railing, pushing from it, going higher. As she catched the paper she spun around landing before the others about to hand the photo back to Gou but saw it and took a better look at the guy in it, her eyes widening.

"Huh? Don't tell me you got enamored with my big brother too, now." Joked Gou looking at her.

"No...Just. He is your brother? I should have seen it." Said Nayna looking at the photo a bit surprised.

"Huh?" She asked, confused.

"I met him a few weeks ago on the beach. Well, Link knocked him down. Then we continued to bump into each other during our jogs here and there." She said amused giving Gou back the picture. "I didn't know that he is the legendary Rin you all keep talking about." She continued with a laugh.

Soon came the day of the prefecturals. They all met in front of the building and found their place in the seats to watch until their respective races.
