A few days later, they all met inside the swim club where Gou was kneeling before a stack of papers, ink and brush. She started to do a series of flyers for each day until the prefecturals.

"Gou-chan, you're still making those?" Asked Nagisa looking at the girl.

"Is this really necessary? It's a waste of paper..." Said Nayna bored.

"Can you stop making those?" Said Rei unamused.

"Pressure is what pushes people to the next level."

"Doubt." Scoffed Nayna .

"Pressure can also ruin some people." Said Haruka.

"Exactly what the therapist here said." Nayna said pointing at him.

"Are you talking about Rei-chan?" Asked Nagisa looking at them not seeing the shocked expression on Rei's face.

"I'm not that weak." He said offended only for Makoto to chuckle at them.

"Wait, why are you wearing a hakama?" Asked Makoto thinking.

"Now you're asking the real questions." Said Nayna , surprised only for them all to be rushed out by their annoyed manager.

"Stop chit-chatting and start practicing! Hurry up and go!" Shouted Gou as they all ran out to the pool.

As they started their warm up they kept a calm conversation.

"Nayna -chan, have you thought about the competition?" Asked Nagisa.

"A bit... I'm still not sure if I should..."

"Of course you should! You're an amazing swimmer!" Protested the blonde.

"I guess... Maybe one time..."

"That's great! What stroke?" He asked excitedly.

"Well, I'd do all of them since it would be a one time thing." She said with a shrug.

"Why not the individual medley then?" Asked Makoto.

"Yeah, sounds...good, I guess..."

"Aah!" Shouted Nagisa running back and coming out with a box getting everyone's attention.

He opened it and pulled on himself a yellow t-shirt and a blue and white jacket.

"Look at this!" He said turning his back to them to show them the clothing that had written on it's back 'Iwatobi'. "Our new jerseys have arrived!"

"The jackets are nice, but what's that thing on the T-shirt?" Said Rei as he raised the back of his jacket to look at the back of the t-shirt that had on it drawn the mascot of the school.

"That's the secret version of Iwatobi-chan. Since you're against putting Iwatobi-chan on our tracksuits."

"And so you made a secret version of it?" Said an incredulous Rei.

"Well, let's get started." Said Makoto getting their attention. "Before we begin practice, let's confirm the events that we'll be entering at the prefecturals. I'll be swimming the 100-meter and the 200-meter backstroke. What do you wanna do, Nagisa?"

"I'll participate in the breaststroke. I'll probably go for both 100 and the 200 too." Said the blonde.

Makoto nodded then turned to his best-friend.

"And Haru?"

"I'll only swim freestyle."

"Shouldn't have bothered to ask." Said Makoto amused before turning to the other male. "Rei?"
