Next morning, Nayna slowly stirred awake, her eyes meeting the bright light coming from the window. She watched the branches of the tree by her house sway in the wind, her red orbs blinking lazily before she turned on her other side with a groan, closing her eyes and trying to go back to sleep.

"Good morning, sleepyhead." She heard from above.

Quickly opening her eyes, she was met by the image of Rin's naked chest. Her head swiftly turned up, meeting his wine eyes.

"No..." She gasped surprising Rin. "I thought it was all just a nightmare..." She groaned, tucking down and hiding her head under the blanket.

"What? It's a nightmare to have me in your dreams?" She heard Rin's amused voice.

"Please tell me last night didn't happen." She whined.

"Sorry to disappoint you..." He chuckled uncovering her head.

"Sorry..." She mumbled, feeling her cheeks burning, not daring to look up at him.

"What for?" He asked confused pulling her closer.

"For....what happened..."

"It's fine, baby. It's not like you can help it. It's in you nature after all." He said softly, moving his arm from around her to her chin, turning her head up. "Besides, it passed." He continued, kissing her forehead.

"It didn't..." She mumbled, still not looking into his eyes.

"Eh?"

"My heat usually lasts for about four days..." She said meekly, after that, they fell into silence.

"EEEH!?!"

"Sorry..."

"F...Four days..." Muttered Rin nervously. "So...three more..." He groaned. "So...when will you need to....again..."

"At what time did I fall asleep?"

"About 3."

"And now it's 6... So I have one more hour..."

"At every four hours?" Rin gulped.

"Y-Yeah... So maybe we should go get some breakfast." She said getting up and putting on one of Rin's shirts.

"Right..."

The two went downstairs and started to prepare their breakfest.

As they were done and set down to eat, they ate in an awkward silence.

"How are you feeling?" Rin asked suddenly.

"Huh? Oh... Uhm... Alright..."

"So this is how heat is, huh? Sorry it took me so long to figure out what you needed."

Nayna shook her head, her cheeks turning pink again.

"I wasn't exactly very explicite either..."

"B...By the way...you didn't..."

"Hm?" Said Rin chewing on his food as he looked at her confused. When he realized what she meant, he quickly swallowed. "Uhm....N-no.... But it's fine ... I'll... I'll manage it..."

"You don't have to..."

"What? Babe, you said that-"

"Yes, we are fertile only during heat but ... That doesn't mean we can't do it...using a condom."

Rin looked at her dumbstruck.

"R...Right...But isn't it still... risky?"

"Why would you think so suddenly? I mean there was a time when you didn't know about my situation or my lie about the pills and we'd always do it only with a condom." Nayna said with a shrug getting up with her empty plate.
