He runs the mafia, and she gets caught in the middle.
When a walk home from a family meeting goes horribly wrong for Mirriella and she falls into the hands of Jaden Hossler, the mafia boss.
What will happen when he decides to keep her around? Will s...
"Have you eaten dinner yet?" He asked as he walked into my room.
"That's a stupid question." I answered as I didn't take my eyes away from the wall.
"Well, you've got an hour and a half to get ready." He shrugged as he went to leave.
"Get ready for what?" I asked, bringing his attention back to me.
"I'm taking you out to dinner. Get ready, and for the love of god wear something appropriate. I don't know how long we're gonna be out and it's gonna get cold." He explained as he left the room, not giving me a chance to protest.
I sighed and stood up from my painting. I don't even know where I was going with it, I just started painting. I walked away, leaving it all out. I quickly walked into the bathroom and showered to get the three days worth of grease sitting on my hair. I cleaned all the paint off my body and cleaned and shaved my body before running my coconut shampoo and conditioner through my hair.
I got out and dried my body, leaving my hair up in the towel, I'll deal with that afterwards. I walked into the closet and changed into something somewhat appropriate. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either, I also put on a pair of white Doc's.

(Pretend they're lace ups and not zips. Thank yew)
Once I had got my outfit on, I walked back into the bathroom. I took my hair out of the towel and saw how my natural curls were forming again. I scrunched my hair a few times with the towel before running a moose through it. I brushed it before drying with the hair drier.
I walked out the bathroom after putting on some mascara and simple eye-liner. I walked over to my jewellery box and put on some rings and chains. I put on the boots and laced them up. Once I was ready, I walked out of my room and down the stairs to wait for Jaden, only to see him already stood at the bottom.
"You really don't know the meaning of appropriate do you?" He asked as he playfully shook his head at me.
"What's wrong with my outfit?" I asked looking down at it.
"Can you at least take the collar off? You can keep everything else, just remove the collar." He asked, pointing to the collar.
"Since you asked nicely, fine I will." I agreed as I took the collar off and placed it on the side.
He walked into the garage with me trailing behind him. I noticed how he wasn't going to any of the cars already uncovered. Instead he walked all the way over to the car that was covered. My jaw dropped as he pulled the cover off the car.

A convertible cream Bentley. He looked at me and laughed at my reaction.
"Careful. There's a ghost face fucking you right now." He said which made me scoff and roll my eyes.
"Charming." I said sarcastically. "I'm just surprised you own a car that isn't black or dark blue." I teased as I climbed in, him having opened the door for me.
"Everything used to have colour at some point." He retaliated as he sat in and started the ignition.
"What happened to it then?" I asked him.
"It died." He shrugged as he turned the radio on and turned the volume up high to divert the conversation.
He rolled down the windows and put the roof down before we hit the highway. As we got on the clear roads, he pushed down on the pedal, the car going faster than 110 mph.
He's an interesting person, Jaden. He doesn't like people to see his emotions, but he's not very good at hiding it. He's always tense, even now, he's driving with his jaw clenched and his fist, tight on the wheel. His eyes give him away. They show his pain. Every time he's remembering something they go dull and dark. His eyes are normally bright and blue, but earlier they were completely dark. You can see he wants to open up about things, but something stops him and causes him to bite his tongue. I know all of this has a connection to his room.
Why is he so picky about who can go in there?
"What are you staring at?" He asked as he turned his head, feeling my eyes on him, lowering the music.
"You confuse me Jaden." I didn't answer.
"How so?"
"You're closed off and protective of yourself, but you also want love. It's hard to get both without dropping the other, but yet somehow you manage it. You've got love from Stefan and Remi, and Louie, but yet you leave them majorly in the dark. Why?" I explained.
"Stefan isn't left in the dark, he knows stuff. Remi appreciates me, she doesn't love me. And I'm the only family Louie has left, I've been with him since he was born and when my mom and sister died, I was the only one he had left. He's also a kid, I can't burden him with all of this." He answered.
"What about your dad? Surely he's family no?"
"No." He shut down straight away. I could hardly finish my sentence before he denied that.
"Why?"
"Mirriella, some things are better left unsaid. This is one of them." He answered.
He did it again. He's biting on his tongue to stop himself from telling me more. It's like he's fighting with his mind if he should tell me or not.
"You shouldn't keep arguing with yourself. It's not healthy. If you want to tell someone, just tell them." I shrugged.
He looked straight ahead for a few seconds, as if he was contemplating. He turned his head and looked me in the eyes. He actually looked as if he was going to have this conversation with me. That was before he leaned forward and turned the music up again. He looked at me with a smug smile before turning his head to look at the road again. I sighed as I looked out the window.
So much for that.
