Mirriella pov
"The plan was to kidnap Jaden. What we didn't take into account was you. We didn't realise that you were one of the leaders as well. What was your name? Jodie. 'Here's Jodie, our new bunny' what a load of fucking bull crap. He's being held in our base. They're keeping him alive so they can beat information out of him. They'll threaten him anyway they can. Only problem is that he has no family they can threaten him with. And they don't know about his attachment to you. They can't threaten him with Stefan or Remi because both of them have protection. They're fighting a lost cause." He admitted.
I smirked slightly knowing that they know nothing about Louie. He was safe.
"Where do they have him?" I asked.
"I don't know." He mumbled, not looking in my eyes.
"That truck has just hit 70 mph. She'll be at the power plant in five minutes. I suggest you start talking." I threatened, checking my watch.
The van hasn't actually moved, it's not taking her anywhere. But he's not going to live long enough to know that information.
"Okay, okay fine. They're holding him in the base downtown. You can't miss it, it's got their symbol on the side of the building. They'll have him on the third floor down. They've got soundproofing in the room. Everyone has their own security key to get to the lower levels. That's all I know." He sobbed out.
"Where downtown?" I asked him as I stood up.
"76th Street. Now please call off that goddamn truck." He screamed at me.
"That's all you know?" I asked him calmly.
"That's all I was cleared to know. I have no other knowledge." He rushed out.
"You've been a great help. Thank you." I said as I pulled out a gun.
"No, no don-"
He was cut off by my gun firing. The walls quickly turned crimson, but I didn't give it the time of day. I wanted Jaden back.
I walked up the stairs and called for a clean up down there. They were gonna dispose of the body and clean up the scene of any blood. I got in the Audi and sped home. I was gonna change and then get prepared. I was getting him back today.
I pulled up at the house, and thanked that Remi had taken Louie to Stefan when she went earlier. I ran up the stairs and changed into black cargo pants with my chains and a cropped hoodie.
I walked back down the stairs and into the garage. I went into the guard room, and all of them were there on break. I just ignored their staring and walked over to the wall. I took two hand guns, and two combat knives. I put them into the hidden pockets in my pants and went to walk away.
"You know, Jaden has so many of you because you aren't all supposed to go on your break at the same time. Get back to your fucking station and don't move until he comes home." I demanded as I left the guard room.
I got into the black Lambo and drove off to 76th street. It was the fastest car, and Remi was talking about how Jaden had customisations made to it, so it's almost completely silent. I drove it out of the garage and down to the gates. When I got out of all three gates at the bottom of the driveway, I sped off, hitting over 120 mph.
It took me about twenty minutes to get to downtown Chicago. Now it was just a case of finding this street. Everywhere I turned, there were people dressed in all black. Everyone in the streets looked like they just came from a funeral.
I turned the corner and followed the signs that lead to 76th street. I drove down slowly as I looked around for a building with an impossible triangle. I smirked to myself when I saw it off in the distance.
I pushed down on the pedal and sped off in the direction of the building. I pulled up and parked the Lambo. I sat in the car and thought of a way to get past the guards.
When an idea popped in my head, I got out of the car and walked up to the gates. I knew almost immediately I'd have guns pointed at me from every direction. I smirked when the head of security walked up to me.
"Hello boys." I sneered, imitating a Russian accent.
"Who are you?" The guy asked me.
"I'm Bela. The new leader of the Russian mafia." I said proudly as he looked shocked.
"You must be an heir to Katrina then?" He stated as he crossed his arms over his chest.
"Yes. I'm her little sister." I answered.
"I did not know Katrina had a sister." He argued.
"She did not like to talk about me. Now I take the mafia." I shrugged as I walked through the doors.
"I will escort you to the boss' room." He said as he caught up with me.
"If you must." Great, now that means I have to keep up this stupid accent.
He took us through so many corridors. I noticed we were going up and not down, which wasn't good because if that guy was telling the truth, Jaden is downstairs.
When we finally got to the office door, I just walked straight in to see a random guy sat on the chair with a woman bouncing up and down on him.
"These are the imbeciles my sister left in charge?" I mumbled under my breath, trying to keep up the act. "Hey, idiot. Get dressed now." I shouted, breaking them out of their little world.
"Who are you? I am the boss. What makes you think you can talk to me like that?" He asked as he moved the woman to keep bouncing on him. He had an English accent.
These idiots don't even have one of their own in charge? Pathetic.
"You're the temporary leader Gregory. This is Bela, Katrina's sister. The new leader of our mafia." The guard said.
The guys eyes widened as he immediately pushed the girl away from him. He stood up and pulled his trousers up, buckling his belt. He stuck his hand out for me to shake, while I just stood there looking unamused. The woman got on all of her clothes before walking out of the room. Something I was shocked at, the women in Jaden's base just walk around naked half the time.
