Jaden pov

I woke up to Mirri shifting a little bit in the bed, which was strange, because normally she doesn't move in her sleep. I felt the small amount of weight on my chest relieve as she turned over. I groaned as I stood up and made my way into the bathroom. I brushed my teeth and splashed water on my face to wake me up more, and as I was drying my face, I heard small whimpers coming from the bed.

I walked back out to see Mirri curling up into a tight hall as he held her stomach. This is weird. I walked over to see what was wrong, but I didn't need to wake her up to know what was wrong. There was a small red patch on the bed and on her shorts.

I stood up and walked away from the bed and into the closet. I grabbed out a hoodie, a pair of sweatpants and a pair of clean underwear. I folded them up and placed them on the bathroom counter along with a pad and a tampon depending on which she wanted to use.

When I walked back out to the main room, she was already stirring. I made my way over to her to try and wake her up.

"Mirri baby, come on you gotta wake up." I tried to lightly shake her because I know she's already going to be in a bad mood when she fully wakes up.

"No. Go away." She whined as she tried to push me away.

"Princess, you need to wake up." I tried again.

She started to move around to get out of my grip before she abruptly stopped. She felt it. She shifted uncomfortably as she looked down at the red on the bed.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to. I-it was an accident, I swear I'll clean it." She rushed out as a few tears started falling from her eyes.

"What? No, no baby. It's fine, I'm not mad. I know it was an accident. You're okay, it can be cleaned." I hugged her as she continued to cry into my shoulder.

"But the sheets. They're white." She argued.

"It's fine. I can clean it, don't worry about them princess."

"But that's so gross." She whined.

"Careful what you say baby. Period or not, I'll still pound that attitude out of you." She fell silent as she looked into my eyes, trying to see if I was serious. "Now go into the bathroom and get changed and I'll clean this up." My tone softened as I kissed her lips before moving out of her way.

She got up and trailed her way into the bathroom while I started stripping off the bed. I redid it before I took the old sheets down incase she was done quicker than it would take me to put them in the washer and walk back.

"What happened Jae Jae?" Louie asked as he came walking next to me.

"What do you mean?"

"Why is there blood?" He questioned again as we turned the corner into the kitchen where Remi and Stefan were stood.

"Because I had a nose bleed." I answered. If he thinks there's something wrong with Mirri, he's gonna want to help her. I don't know if she wants that.

"Are you okay?" He asked.

"Yeah I'm fine." I shrugged, shoving the old sheets in the washer.

"Okay." He hugged my legs before running back off to where he was beforehand.

"Stefan, you're going to that meeting on your own. You can take Remi if you want, but Mirri and I won't be coming." I stated.

"Why?"

"Idiot. You're actually an idiot." Remi laughed. "She started her period." She cleared to him.

"What has that got to do with you?" How are you still employed by me?

"You know what? I'm going to go back to my fiancé who's tired and in pain and you can stay here and rot Remi's braincells a little more." I didn't give either of them a chance to protest before I left the room.

I made my way back to the bedroom and when I had entered, Mirri was just leaving the bathroom. She groaned and flopped down on the bed face first.

"How you feeling princess?" I had to suppress my laugh because she did look quite funny the way she was sprawled out.

"My cramps hurt." She mumbled as she turned around to lay on her back.

"On a scale of 1-10 how bad?" I asked as I hovered over her.

"Somewhere between bearable and ready to go out and murder someone." Well that fucking helped.

"I'll go get some paracetamol and ice cream." She smiled and kissed me before I stood up.

"Back so soon?" Stefan asked as I reappeared back in kitchen.

"Painkillers and ice cream." I answered.

"Well would you look at that? Who knew you could ever be this invested in one person? This time last year you wouldn't have even looked twice in her direction." Remi pointed out as I grabbed a couple spoons out of the drawer.

"Haha very funny." I mumbled loud enough for them to hear before I left again.

"There you are. I was getting lonely." I laughed slightly at the way she was all cuddled up under the blankets.

"Well, you're not lonely anymore. And I brought your best friend." I replied as I took the bottle of painkillers out of my pocket and threw them over to her.

"Yay." She's such a child.

I placed the ice cream tub on the side and sat down next to her. She immediately allowed herself to fall backwards and rest her head on my chest.

"Hi." She smiled up at me.

"Hello princess." I smiled back as I tucked a piece of hair behind her ear.

"Can I use your hands as a heating pad? Please?" She asked.

"I'm sure that can be arranged."

I moved her from next to me to between my legs, pulling her back to be flush with my chest. I undid the drawstring on her sweatpants and placed my hands on her stomach.

"Is that better?" I laughed as she sighed in content.

"Yes."
