Mirriella pov
We were silent for pretty much the entire ride back. I thanked Benny for looking after the car, and gave Jaden the keys. I wasn't prepared to drive back so I decided he could instead. He didn't protest, not wanting to annoy me further.
"Look, Mirri, I'm really fucking sorry about selling that to your brother. I really didn't cotton on to the fact that your surnames were the same. I was just doing my job. I really didn't want to cause so much damage or put Celia in danger." He defended after almost an hour of silence.
"I'm not mad at you Jaden." I mumbled as I looked over at him.
"Well can you tell that to your face and tone? Because right now it sounds like you want to kill me." He laughed as he looked over at me.
"I'm mad. But not at you. I know you were just trying to make your money. What pisses me off more is that he is still willing to put money into your company. After seeing all the shit he's done to me, he is still willing to go back there. I hate knowing that now Celia's life is in danger too. I mean, how can I trust that he gave me all of it? How can I trust he isn't going to buy more?" I asked as I looked out the window.
"I can notify all of my men of who he is. I can tell every single one of them, new and old what he looks like, what he most commonly buys, what his name is, and how he talks and acts. My mafia is the only one that sells to that side of Chicago. There will be no way he can get it unless he goes to the very south of this city, that's owned by the Russians." He explained.
"You can't do that." I dismissed. He's gonna lose a lot of money.
"Look, Mirri, I don't give a shit about how much money I lose. If it is that bad then I'll find other places to sell to." He defended.
"I hate that you have to do that though. You shouldn't have to do that." I shook my head as I hit it against the head rest.
"Don't hit you head." He mumbled as he put his free hand in the back of my head to stop me from doing it again.
I leant my head in the window as I looked at all the lights. The sky was almost pitch black and the lights were going past in a blur due to there being minimal cars in the highway. It didn't take us long to get back.
I got out of the car as did Jaden. He walked up next to me and wrapped his arm around my waist, pulling me closer to him. I laughed lightly and rested my head on his shoulder. We walked in the house and saw Remi and Stefan cuddled up on the sofa.
"You're supposed to be with Louie." Jaden mentioned, grabbing their attention.
"That's part of the thing I was going to tell you earlier. Elijah was spotted by several of our men booking a plane ticket to Sydney. He burnt all his other passports and has no connections to the mafia. Louie is safe and asleep upstairs." Stefan explained.
"Okay. What was the other part?" Jaden asked as he walked I to the kitchen.
"Oh yeah. Melanie and Chelsea want to talk to you again." Stefan rushed out.
"Fucking what?" He almost shouted as he came back from the kitchen.
"Yep. They want to talk to you." Stefan confirmed.
"What about this time?" He groaned.
"I don't know. But you'll need to sort out something soon, they're threatening to tell the police everything if you don't talk to them. They'll happily have their part shut down." He explained, finally looking up at Jaden.
"Well, when are they going to be here?" He asked.
"That's funny. No, they're demanding you go to them." Stefan laughed as he stood up.
"Fuck that. I'm not flying out to London to talk to two half-wits. Talking to them actually makes me want to cry, you can never understand what they're saying." He whined as he hit his head lightly against the door frame.
"Jaden, they're from Manchester, not fucking Germany." Stefan laughed.
"I'm still not going." Jaden stated as he walked back into the kitchen, this time, me and Stefan followed.
"Well, you better suck it up. The tickets are for Friday. Remi and Kai will stay here and look after Louie, and the mafia. And we will be flying off to miserable London to deal with those two." Stefan smiled smugly at Jaden who groaned louder and poured himself a scotch.
"Wait, you said tickets. Who else is coming with us?" He asked as he downed his glass and poured another.
"Oh, we can drag her along with us too." Stefan answered as he pointed to me.
"Fuck."
"Yes." We said at the same time.
"I don't even know these fuckers. Talking to you two makes me lose enough brain cells, why do you want me to lose more?" I whined as I took the glass of scotch out of Jaden's hands and took sips of it.
"Nah, if I have to put up with those two, you do too princess." Jaden laughed as he wrapped his arm around me and kissed my forehead.
"Fuck sake." I groaned. "I'm going upstairs to sleep." I stated as I put the, now empty, glass down and made my way upstairs.
"I'm going with her." I heard someone say before I was being picked up from behind.
"What are you doing?" I groaned as I leaned over his shoulder and slapped his ass.
"Going to be princess. Don't make it weird." He laughed as he continued making his way to my room.
He laid me down on the bed after turning the light on. He walked off and disappeared into my closet. I pushed my head into the mattress and closed my eyes. I heard doors close again. I soon felt Jaden's hands undoing the button to my shorts. I felt him pull my shorts and fishnets down my legs and felt him pull up a pair of sweatpants.
"Come on, you've gotta sit up." He laughed as he pulled me. I groaned and sat up, letting my head fall forward.
"Woah. The last time I checked you had a shirt on. So why the fuck can I feel your skin?" I asked as I ran my hands up his stomach.
"I took it off." He stated, obviously.
I felt him take my shirt and bra off before pulling at shirt over my body. He got up and turned the light off before walking back to me. He sat behind me and pulled me so my back was against his chest.
