Mirriella pov

I looked up to see a short, bald man stood there in a grey suit with a green shirt. There was little to no resemblance between him an Jaden, which made me believe most of his traits came from his mother's side.

"Where's your sister and my bitch of an ex-wife?" His dad asked as he looked around the house

"Where's your sister and my bitch of an ex-wife?" His dad asked as he looked around the house.

"Don't you fucking dare talk about them like that." Jaden spat as his grip on my waist got tighter. It sort of hurt, but I wasn't going to say anything. At least he's getting his anger out somehow.

"Well I see you're still a pathetic little boy aren't you." Elijah laughed as he put his hands in his pockets.

"I am twice the man you ever were." Jaden defended.

"Oh please. Don't make me laugh." Elijah continued to laugh.

"It's true." Well, there goes biting my tongue.

"Oh, so she had the nerve to speak. You haven't trained her very well." He stopped laughing as he looked at me.

"She's not a submissive. She's got a share of this organisation." Jaden defended.

"You let my mafia fall into the hands of a girl?" He asked in disgust as he looked at me.

"No. I let my mafia fall into the hands of a skilled, talented, and smart woman. She knows exactly what she's doing and has never screwed over the company or made a deal that benefitted the other side more than us." He explained.

"Have you bent her over yet?" I could say something here, but I'm pretty sure that'd make it worse for Jaden.

I felt his grip on my waist tighten again. It wasn't hurting too bad, and I wasn't going to say anything. I just kept quiet in that matter and if it got too tight, I'd find a way to let him know.

"That doesn't matter. She's a shareholder of this company."

"You made her a shareholder. Wow. You are just as dumb as I remember." He laughed again.

Jaden looked to ceiling. I couldn't tell if it was because he was trying not to murder this guy, or if he was trying not to let that get to him. Either way, he was breathing heavily.

"She has saved this company from more money loss in the first three weeks of being a shareholder than you did in your full twenty five years of owning. I'm pretty sure I know what I'm doing." Jaden gritted back.

Elijah just laughed and continued to walk around the place. Stefan had come back through the doors after making sure the SUV had driven off. He came up and stood on the other side of Jaden, whispering something in his ear. Jaden nodded and continued to hold his stare in his dad.

"You know? I think I wanna try out this sexy piece of ass. What'd you say sweetheart?" Elijah asked as he walked over to me and squeezed my boobs harshly.

"Don't you fucking touch her." Jaden shouted as he pushed him back. "I already told you, she's not a fucking submissive." He spat.

"Than what is she then? Oh don't say you've gone and got yourself a girlfriend. You really are a just a waste of space. I should've made her swallow instead." He muttered.

"Don't talk about my mother like that." Jaden screamed at him.

"Love makes you weak. You can't have love for anyone."

"Love makes someone ten times stronger. If you're driven by love, it makes you want to do better, be better. You were just a sad old man who married for breeding purposes. No other. You're sick and twisted." I defended.

"Sluts should be seen and not heard. Pipe down sweetheart." He said as he raised his hands in a 'sit down' movement.

"I'm sorry." I said as I leant forwards so I was at his height. "I don't take orders from people who I can have a conversation over." I teased as I patted his head. "Sorry, sweetheart." I stood back up and shoved my hands in my pockets.

"You little bit-"

"Don't finish that sentence Elijah." Jaden defended.

"Or what? You gonna shoot me?"

"N-"

"You gonna be that pathetic little boy again?"

"Shut u-"

"You gonna fucking run from me again Jaden? You gonna hide away in your room again? Protecting that fucking dumbass of a sister you had? What are you gonna do boy?" Elijah shouted.

"You shut the fuck up." Jaden shouted as he pulled a gun on Elijah. "Don't you fucking dare talk about my Soph like that." He screamed again as tears started to run down his face.

"You won't do it will you? You won't shoot me." He dismissed, ignoring the fact that Jaden had cocked it. "Go on then. Pull the fucking trigger Jaden." Elijah edged.

You could see it on his face he couldn't do it. You could tell he was battling with himself as to wether he should apply the pressure or not.

"Just what I thought. You can't fucking do it. Because you're still a whiny little rat." Elijah laughed.

That was it for me. I pushed Jaden back and took the gun from him. I quickly aimed and fired the gun. I made sure it didn't hit anywhere that could kill him, but it would severely hurt him. He screamed in pain and dropped to the floor as the bullet pierced his skin and shattered his shin bone.

"He may not be able to do it, but I fucking can. Take this as your warning. Don't you ever come back here. He doesn't need you, nor does he want you. Now get the fuck out before I decide I don't want you walking out of here alive." I shouted as I pointed to the door, completely ignoring all the guns pointed at me.

"Don't fire. You'll be out manned almost instantly." All the men with guns stood to attention at Elijah's command. "Fine. If he wants me to leave. I'll leave. But you aren't my son anymore Jaden." He wavered.

"I wasn't your son the moment you tried to kill me." Jaden spat as he pointed to the door.

We watched as Elijah limped out. His men followed him and we heard the sound of tyres screeching against the concrete outside.

"Tell Remi to keep Louie there for the rest of the week. I don't trust he's not going to come back." Jaden said as he walked up the stairs.

"Jaden?"

He didn't answer to either of us calling him. He just continued to walk away into the confines of his room.
