A monochromatic world is all I've ever known
I've lost my sense of color even the rainbow seemed lifeless
Consumed by the darkness, I forgot what light is
Shadows and past silhouettes painting my white walls
Drawing a picture of gone lost souls
I was standing in front of the ocean, I'm ankles deep in the sand
Tides push the water front and away covering the land
What once was gray seeps a shade of blue so wondrous
This little blue danced around coloring everything it touches
Furiously, I start to blink thinking it was a figment of my imagination
No matter how many times I did it filled my vision
The sky above me started to break into a shade of uranian blue
With little fluffy clouds beautifying it as some breeze blew
Magnificent golden rays of sunshine shimmering on the sea
My maroon veil flying with the wind as we were having brilliant tea
To top the scenery in front of me, the sliver around my neck glittered in sunlight
The world is infinite on colors cool and warm and they sparkle ever so bright
