Ethan's POV
I am in the mall disguised to buy new clothes when my feet lead me to a jewelry shop. Maybe I've been thinking of Allison that even my body knows what I want to do. Hindi ko iniisip to but i suddenly want to buy something for her.
As I entered, my eyes started roaming around all the jewelry, all are beautiful but there is always something that would best fit the one you are buying for.
One caught my attention, I know nothing about the stone used but it is unique, it does not follow a certain shape. Kulay blue siya but lighter. She's fair, bagay sa kanya ito.
"I'll buy this, " I said pero tinignan lang ako nito.
"Kanino mo ibibigay?" I frown. Is this for real? Is there a need to ask these kinds of questions? This is my first time so I don't know.
"I don't care about whatever this shop asks you to do, just give me this and I'll pay for it." I said pero wala pa rin siyang ginawa.
"Is it for the girl you followed on a coffee shop?" Mas lalong kumunot ang noo ko. Paano niya nalaman yon? "I saw her looking at someone while you're looking at her. is it painful? to be on on-"
Hindi ko na siya pina tapos. "At this point, I don't think the owner told you to ask those kinds of questions, " Inabot ko sa kanya ang card ko, "Are you some kind of a stalker or what? How did you know all those?"
"So tama ako?" Tanong niya. I really don't get this girl, why is she so curious about people that don't even know her. Do we concern her?
Napansin niya yata na hindi ko na siya sinagot kaya inumpisahan niya ng ayusin ang itinuro ko. "This necklace is made fr-"
"I don't care." She was stunned but she composed herself immediately.
"Mas malaki pa ang tiyansa na patayin ka ng parents mo sa pag gastos ng pera nila para lang sa wala kesa sa magustuhan ka rin niya, It looks like it's unrequited," Nag pintig ang tenga ko sa sinabi niya. Bat ba ang dami niyang sinasabi?
"You know what? I personally like this necklace so i thought you have a good taste. Kaya lang ayaw mong malaman kung saan siya ginawa and ang meaning niya so i guess you're just buying it because it's beautiful. Paano mo eexplain sa kanya kung bat ito ang napili mo? Binibigay ko sayo to dahil maganda kagaya mo. Ganon?" and she laugh after that.
Is this real? Is she for real? cause fuck it she is more annoying than Callista, whom i thought is the worse.
Pag balik niya ng card ko ay agad ko itong inilagay sa wallet ko. "You like this?" tumango siya.
"Almost everyone who came here like that but it's expensive." hindi ko pinansin ang sinabi niya.
"I just want to let you know that everything that I did and gave that woman is not and will never be considered as a waste cause I am not expecting anything. My dad wouldn't even mind kahit ubusin ko pa ang laman ng card ko para sa kanya," binuksan ko ang box ng binili kong necklace bago muling isara ito. "Yes, that necklace is beautiful just like her but I am not as shallow as you think I am. I have my personal definition of this for her. You told me that you like this? keep it then. Ayokong malaman na gusto niya rin yan because you like it as well. I wouldn't like to know that the both of you have similarity. Even just a bit."
She's been talking a lot that i found it weird na na tahimik siya ngayon. "Now my father would mind about the money i spent cause i gave it to someone unknown," Paalis na sana ako nang may lumabas mula sa loob na kasamahan niya. "Good job for hiring such a worker. She works harder than anyone so i gave her a present. Congrats for pissing me off." I said pero pabulong na lang ang huli. Bago ako tuluyang lumabas ay tinignan ko siya, she's looking down.
